Tonight reminded me of the sort of game Spurs would lose against West Brom in the mid noughties. Attack attack attack and then get hit with a sucker punch on the counter. Then see them stick 10 men behind the ball and defend.

Have no doubts had we had no game midweek we would of buried those chances and been much sharper. Just goes to show what a free weeks preparation does. There was really not much difference in uniteds performance from the Mourinho days just a good breakaway goal caught us.

we would never of created 7 good goal scoring chances away to a big 6 under Jose.
im disappointed lingard and rashford missed those good chances first half. Pogba had to bury atleast 2 of the 3 he had second half.

Lloris made 4 or 5 good saves before Spurs had put much pressure on United. He kept Spurs in it.
