I always liked Anelka, somewhat Kalou, never Malouda.
It's time we Malouda Morata
Wasn't it Anelkalouda?
We didnt appreciate that team enough.
Possibly Mr C..
I agree.. I definitely didn't appreciate that team at the time.. if we didn't win the league we run very close (last 1-2 games)
Cech, Ivanovic, JT, Ricky Carvalho, Ash, Lamps, Ballack, Deco, Essien, Drogba etc.. So many leaders and national team captains.

Spot on. It's something we're lacking now. We've got a team full of softies tbh.
Anelka was quality, Malouda had a brilliant couple of seasons too. Kalou was ok, clearly didn't know the offside rule as he spent most of his time in an offside position.
Kali,Amelia & Malouda would score twice as many goals and be an asset to Chelsea.
It's Deco and Ballack I miss most from that team. Obviously there are more important players for us in that side who stayed with us for longer but seeing both Deco and Ballack in a Chelsea shirt was
Bit of revision of history as Anelkalouda only became that when they all became past their best, well Kalou pretty much stayed the same but after 09/10 Anelkalouda and Malouda fell off completely, their quick career decline that also shows in the clubs they played doe after Chelsea.
Out out of them all I feel Kalou is most underrated/underappreciates as Anelka and Malouda did have their good times when everyone, at least Chelsea fans, knew how good they were. Mainly in the 09/10 season, Malouda’s good form also in last 6 months of 08/09 season. On either side of that they weren’t great (Anelka did get PL top scorer season before in what must’ve been one of the lowest goals needed to win PL top scorer in history) so hardly undeserved lol.
Kalou however his whole Chelsea career never got the love Anelka and Malouda got when they were good. Granted he maybe never had a run of consistent great form in starting XI that Flo and Nico had..but looking back the man managed around 10 goals a season in all competitions. Solid output for a squad player playing mainly from wide. Worked hard, rarely injured, key player in RDM CL run, important goals I remember to today..frustrating yes but I looking back I think most teams need a player like him. He’d probably suit the game even more these days as a goalscoring winger. And at age 33, turning 34 he is still going strong in a top 5 league, regular starter, more than can be said for Anelka and Malouda!

Hope you're well though? And Summer too.
All good, met up with 69 for a few before the bar codes game and he's got me a ticket for the Sheffield Wednesday game.
Glad to hear you're still alive
No excuses Mr C, as Mr Chelsea you're obliged to comment here mate
I appreciate them unlike many ungrateful Chelsea fans!

Still haven't forgiven Anelka for the pen he scored for City that would've given us an unbeaten season
quality player though on his day...the others...hmm...in very small portions at best
