We won't be seeing that lineup because Ruben is out for the season.

Assuming Higuain is available I think Sarri will go with:

Kepa, Azpilicueta, Rüdiger, Luiz, Alonso; Jorginho, Kovačić, Kanté; Pedro, Higuain, Hazard.

Personally I'd go with:

Kepa, Azpilicueta, Rüdiger, Luiz, Emerson; Jorginho, Kanté, Kovačić; Odoi, Higuain, Hazard.

Heard it yesterday and it's only really comfirmed the obvious, you don't go off in tears during a home tie to lower league opposition if it isn't serious.

Completely missed any news of that. Real shame as the manager seemed to be praising him ang giving hi. More game time in a period where barley and kovacic were struggling

No way CHO starts ahead of Pedro or even Willian for that matter in the Premier league. Just can't see it happening from listening to Sarri

Can see him being an impact sub and he will play the FA Cup and Europa league games until they become difficult.

Team I’d have

Kepa
Azpi rudi luiz Emerson
Kante jorgino kovacic
Pedro “anyone but Willian” hazard

Team he will play will be the same alonso, Willian etc getting in the team. Higuaín second half if he’s registered in time

No chance of Willian being dropped after the winner last game.

I know .

Mind you maybe some reverse logic? Willian repeatedly played despite not doing anything in 16 games. Now he’s scored he might be dropped?

Sarri likes Willian, praises him in most the pressers and bangs on about how important he is.

I'm happy Pedro is back, less reliant on Hazard for goals when he plays.
