Game on TV on Friday Ivan?
Few shocks at the weekend, Ayr and Aberdeen the most notable ones.
Btw, how raging is Steve Clarke with Aberdeen
Lower league team fans always turn out in numbers for cup games as it's the highlight of their season. Even Ivan went. Mainly as it was nearby and convenient, after he chose to leave the city as it's apparently not up to his standards. Thinks he's above it. Too good to live in Dundee amongst the commoners, "the scuum" I think he even mouthed under his breath once, allegedly.
He has turned into a cup fan. The type who turn up for the big occasions and doesn't turn up to Tannadice week in week out. He has become everything he hates. Stop hating yourself Ivan. Learn to love yourself. No matter how bad a fan you are
Yeah on Alba mate as part of the new tv deal.
I did an article early last week and I was surprised at how many had the potential for shocks. Dreadful result for Ayr so who knows where they'll be in terms of confidence come the weekend. The Aberdeen result was dreadful.
I was tempted to put a couple of quid on Ross County, QotS and Alloa to go through and at one point I was kicking myself as all three were looking good for it. St Mirren were very lucky to scrape through against Alloa so we might have a wee chance there.
I think you'll find I love myself frequently, particularly when the girlfriend is working nightshift.
My old man was there, said Montrose only played well or decent for about 25 mins..

I didn't think much of Montrose at all to be honest. I don't think any of their players stood out.
I did indeed mate. I was in the Star Hotel which is a dump then the Market Arms. Both were packed.
out of all the pubs you went to The Star, ffs mate that's the junkie/lay about pub, I was in The Albert, the one you would have passed on the corner, some of the Utd fans in their were a bit 'special'
It was the quietest out of them all
My uncle was happy as he got pensioner rates

Not sure what discount he was getting but if he flashed his bus pass he was getting cheaper rounds.
I wasn't happy about them serving out of plastic tumblers though. Awful.
its not sore when you get glassed with plastic lol

I hate that. Makes your pint boggin. My local used to do it at 11pm. We would all immediately switch to halfs to combat it and to be honest that just made the hangover far worse

The beach in Montrose is lovely as is St Cyrus and Lunan if you ever come back this way
Lunan beach is a terrific beach.
Not sure about where you can take the dug in Forfar but I'm sure you wouldn't struggle. Is it a big dug or a wee dug?

Hooray, Gomis is back!
Was considering going along to the game with my mate but the selfish git decided to get married that day instead.
How was Dillon, and what sort of reception did he get? His final game didn't end in glory but is still one of the very few players in recent memory to get a testimonial.
