We'll see tomorrow.

The whole rag thing is so embarrassing. Like city fans calling old trafford the swam - bit tragic.

You never know with Spurs. United I'm not at all surprised. PSG looked far better without Neymar than they did with him against Liverpool - he unbalances them. I also thought that the ref in the United game was a complete nob, handing out cards like there was no tomorrow. Standard of CL reffing far worse than in the prem and that's iffy enough at times.

I think Spurs are decent, but Dortmund seem to be a very good team this season and beating them would be a real achievement. I'd have Dortmund as a real threat for the whole thing.

We have ‘little’ chance? Big exaggeration

Yes and the thing with German teams is that they are very consistent. Rarely fail to turn up for the big occasions.

Whereas spurs rarely do

Good luck though spurs, you can do it if you go for it.

Spurs will go past Dortmund in my opinion.

The worrying thing for us more is if Martial and lingard aren't available for the Liverpool game in the pl. can't see Liverpool not scoring in that.

Kimpembe should have had 3 yellow cards before he scored. What is the point of linesmen/woman if they can't spot something so obvious.

That is probably true Hafi, but doesn't excuse United's Sunday league defending.

I'd go as far as to say they're the best team we've played this season at home and probably only City have come anything close to that kind of control of the football against us in any game.

They look like they mean business this year after CL heartache stories and they've got players to come back too.

Too good for us tonight. Very classy team.

Remember when PSG battered Barcelona 4-0 and then lost 6-1. They were nowhere near impressive tonight. Most teams create the amount of chances PSG did against us tonight. The fact they should have been down to 10 men before they scored means they should really have lost. Key decisions make huge differences.

Don’t get hung up on it like a dipper

You keep going on about how good PSG are but away from home in the big games in the CL they're awful and you couldn't lay a glove on them.

Napoli 1-1 PSG

Liverpool 3-2 PSG

Madrid 3-1 PSG

Bayern 3-1 PSG

Barcelona 6-1 PSG

Arsenal 2-2 PSG

All in the last 3 years. They're awesome at home but bang average away yet according to Eric they're some kind of super power.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

You lot lost all 3 group away games, even the one against the whipping boys Red Star so be quiet. You're lucky to even have made it through.

PSG were 2nd/3rd favs for the whole thing so you're talking crap as per usual. They played well last night and deserve credit for it.

Let's see what happens when you visit us in two weeks. I'm betting you don't have us in the palm of your hands like they did.

Just want to say good luck Spurs. I fecking hate it when English teams bomb in the CL and you get all the pious carp about premiership football being inferior.

Though I must admit I do make an exception for our Salford chums - quite enjoyed watching them bomb last night. Oli's sad little face gave me a good chuckle.

United at the moment are in the same position that Liverpool were a couple of seasons ago and we were under Mancini. Experienced players in Europe and an experienced manager in Europe are fine but if you are yoyoing in the league and not playing CL football every season then it takes time to adjust.
Liverpool have been back in Europe continually for a few seasons now and last season it showed. United, Chelsea, Arsenal have been up and down in the CL and best of the rest cup. It shows.
Think if they stick with Ole and he manages to secure a top 4 position this season then its going to better next season.

With Ole it's hard to separate out how much of it is Ole being good, and how much of it is Jose being jaw droppingly bad. Not to deprecate Ole, but you suspect they could have appointed the tea lady as interim manager and the team would have improved.

I felt like that after 4 games but I think now we can start to see the ideas Ole has.

Unfortunately, like any new manager, he doesn't have a squad to deliver them - partly in terms of personnel and partly in terms of fitness.

Long term we don't know if he'll be able to reach the heights of Pep and to a certain extent, Klopp, but the signs are encouraging and with Poch not available I don't really see where else the club goes.

Last night was a good reflection of where we are at the moment but with a fitter squad and a stronger spine, we could have got a result.

LEE1PEN What are you on about? Liverpool hardly played in Europe. They had like only 2 campaigns under Klopp one reachin EL final and the other a CL final. We have been in Europe far more than them.

City 1 PSG 0

To that list. And they had all their best players then
