Thought one of them was on a long term contract at Tottenham tbh.

Ole right now. 10 wins, 1 draw and a defeat to one of the favs for the CL is an incredible return from where we were.
Give him time and the money to build on it. There isn't a sure thing solution out there either. No guarantee Poch comes and is a success either and that's going to cost us nearly 60/70m.

All Poch has done so far is improve Spurs by a couple of positions in the table. They still have not won anything.
Give Ole a bit more time. He would have turned things round at Cardiff given 2 or 3 more years.

OGS all day long , stick with him for four years you’ll not go wrong .
Given what you've spent, it's ridiculous that your bench isn't deemed good enough.
Poch isn't available so I don't think it's even a debate.

Of course, but that is a sad indictment of how badly our club has been run in recent years.
As a Pool/Spurs fan I hope Man U hire oli.
Mourinho got so toxic it was clear to me that a clean slate would inspire much improved performances.
Are Man u simply doing good compared to how bad they were earlier in the season? I think the improvement masks Olis lack of experience for a job of that stature tbh.
If man U appoint him I think like Matter at Chelsea he will get replaced next year.
He is perfect in this period of recovery but to reach their optimum I just feel Man need better. Porch is an easy choice out the two I think

We've spent poorly, but we've also spent on players who suite a different system.

OP
Why would it be Ole or Poch. Poch manages Spurs and is not available. So surely it should be Ole or Another?

Since when?
Jose set up not to concede, didn't press high and kept a rigid formation, not allowing players freedom to be fluid and interchange.
Ole sets us up to get the ball forward much quicker, play forward passes, players overlapping, running in behind etc...
Outside of the 'starting 11' the players we have don't have the pace or enigne to do this.
I do find it amusing that the poor little spuddies think Poch will remain loyal to them.
He wasn't that loyal to Southampton.
Sorry my mistake read that as you had said he had adopted the same system, apologies
He hasn't, to answer the question.
