Waaaaaaay. You're actually alright! I don't care what everyone says about you. I think you're alright. I mean they are some horrible things. Nasty, nasty accusations, which I obviously don't believe. I thought driving without due care and attention meant prosecution - it did when I went into the back of someone aged 19. Or maybe it was just because I was 19?

More likely because there was more evidence that you were driving without due care and attention. Some accidents are just accidents, some are not.
