see your commute NNH, do you get the bus from your bit or town?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I walk into town from where I'm currently staying, takes 30 minutes then bus from there to Edinburgh.
Moving again in 2 months though and then it will be train into town then bus to Edinburgh.
The train straight from where I'm moving too is almost 500 bangers a month, far too expensive
----------------------------------------------------------------------
woooft, how long does it take you?
i might need to some work in edinburgh next year

You do feel much better when you don't eat sheidt.
I was doing well until i was out at the weekend there and it's taken me until today to sort of get back to a decent eating level.
Scranned a Calzone on Sunday and a kebab last night man

I was out in Edinburgh with the work on Friday and the first 3 pubs only done craft beers or ale's.
Took us to get to the 4th pub for a pint of Tennants or Heineken.
Horrific.
£4.60 for a pint of Tennants into the bargain, shambles.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Guessing you were around Lothian Road and the west end then
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Down in Stockbridge mate.
Cider is the way to go.
Plus its made from apples so one of your five a day.

If you get on the bus from Glasgow before 6.30am then around 1 hour 30 minutes on the bus, anytime after that and 2 hours due to the traffic.

Garlic and paprika sweet pepper soft tacos.
My missus went Vegan at the start of the year, so being a lazy bastirt about cooking I have ended up almost being a veggie. I had to put my foot down on not being Vegan after trying Vegan cheese
Apart from no telling her i'm still scranning the odd cooked breakfast at work
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My wife was concerned about how bad bacon is meant to be for you so bought a packet of Quorn veggie bacon to try it out.
Two bites later and it was in the bin, pack of streaky and back bacon in the fridge
I eat pretty healthy but there’s certain things you just can’t substitute like bacon or butter. F@ck all that nasty plastic schite

This. Big time.

Eat healthily, but ffs treat yourself now and then.
Saturdays and Sundays are for eggs, bacon, sausage and tattie scones.

Anyone been to that new Raddison Red hotel yet? Got a party there next Sat.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I've stayed there just after it opened.
Rooms are ok but not as good as the Radisson Blue.
Upstairs bar is decent although a bit poncy
You'll fit right in

I fully reserve the right to have a curry, a blowout, a sustained drinking habit for however long I choose cos I’ll be happier for it and I won’t kick the erse out of it.
Similar with gym or diets. It’s not a race so go at whatever pace suits you. It’s all about long term benefits
