Agree. Frustrated yes, but there is no justification for such moronic behaviour, Pathetic really

Goes to show how the media can easily manipulate the minds of simpletons.

Don't agree with booing any player. Jorginho has been poor for a while. I've noticed him pulling out of tackles recently which questions his commitment to the shirt and quite frankly he looks lightweight and is starting to be bullied. Let's not hide behind the boos. Fact is he is not doing the business. The boos are another issue but please remember those guys paid to watch that match and are entitled to vent their anger.

I'm far too old to even want to be down wiv the kids but couldn't you all just put this to bed by removing the anonymity?

When everyone knows who you really are, most of these feckers will shut the f*ck up, surely?

Absolutely 100% agree.

No what our personal feelings are towards a specific player maybe and what ever opinion we express on forums such as this, there's no excuse to take that to a football match and abuse any player.

What do these people think - that by booing them it will make them play better?

Quite the opposite I'd have thought!

Any player wearing the clubs shirt should be encouraged and supported.

Wow really?...I didn't watch the match. Just goes to prove that anyone claiming that the only true fans are the ones that go to stadiums are talking bollux.

that is feckin shameful........social media and tv punditry have created the most despicable type of modern day fan!

I have never even booed the team, let along an individual player.....................why would anyone think that is a good thing to do?

Beyond me - it just makes players hide and cedes the advantage to the opposition!

Think if he went to City we'd be seeing the player he was at Napoli. He was also seen by United scouts as a replacement for Carrick.

In hindsight, it looks as though Sarri was the wrong coach to hire. But if Roman is brave, he'll stick by him and back him in the summer. If he still has issues then, he should be gone.

Even Pep didn't do so well in his first season and spent around 200m on defenders and GK (this after buying Bravo in his first season). The coach you have spent sit the personal you have.

The other option is to get in someone who can work with what you have.

Wouldn’t blame a player for lacking commitment to a team when its fans are shltting on him 24/7.

The boos are not another issue, this article is specifically about the boos. Your right that fans are allowed vent there anger but in my opinion those who boo there own players can f*ck right off and should go follow city or Madrid who don’t have a problem fielding 11 world class players in every match.

I will moan and groan during a game if we are playing poorly.....but it is directed at the team, never an individual. That is me venting anger but there is a world of difference between doing that and booing a player ...................especially boing a player who is coming on the pitch.

Portrays a dreadful image for the club too...

To be fair with Bakayoko it was entirely warranted, Jorginho has at least on ocassion looked like a player.

I think the booing is unfair of a single player, he has been really poor for a long time but this is down to Sarri who keeps playing the same system.

This is why I want Sarri out because we don't look to be improving under him and actually we're going backwards.

We've got good players and can build a good team out of them but I don't think they're being motivated or utilised right. It's a very similar situation to United, not completely the same but very similar.

I actually think he's a decent player and like him. The problem for him is that his dad won't try him anywhere else (or any other form of Plan B either). I would have liked to see him and Kante reversed to see if that works better for the team, or at the very least give the opposition something different to think about, because if he is pressed high it immediately puts the defence in trouble as we try to play out from the back, whereas if the opposition try to do that to him in midfield it wouldn't be as disastrous for the team.

Wasn't it a genius like Albert Einstein that said words to the effect that that the definition of madness is to try the exactly the same thing that has failed countless times before before, but expect the results to be different this time?

Or perhaps next time

Clever Managers mix their strategies up to catch the opposition out, but One-Trick Ponies don't. Once the intelligent opposition has sussed them out, they just keep going over the cliff every time.

Kante was unbelievable last night.

I doubt Jorghino could press like Kante and make two assists and interceptions like N Golo did last night

Maybe Sarri need a more combative stronger regista type in the DM role. More of a Xabi Alonso than Jorginho to protect the defence when we are under the cosh.

Or make Jorginho stronger

If we had a better protector of the back four in the DM role than Jorginho then Kante and co are fine higher up the pitch.

Or if Sarri could make the players understand the system better, they would move more and give Jorghino options for vertical passes when he is under pressure.

Sad thing is, so far Sarri can't

Is it confirmed they were booing jorgino?

Or that we were cruising in a match and going through and he brought on jorgino(who is fatigued) over ampadu or someone else?
