Why did he take the penalty with Lukaku on a hattrick?
He was switched to DM second half and had to hold position
He didn't have a great game obv, but he wasn't the worst

You expect more from Pogba. Players like him need to take the game by the horns. This it what separates Pogba from others he's good but when he needs to stand up and be counted he goes missing

He didn't go missing... He changed position and sat as he was asked after we changed formation
Pereira moved forward and dalot wide
He was disciplined... As he needed to be as the senior midfielder surrounded by kids
Nah, he just played a more disciplined role today. Was needed in the absence of Herrera and Matic.

This is the problem though, people expect it every game and its much harder for a midfielder, especially when they're asked to do a particular job. He's been in incredible form and was mature today but you can be sure that anytime he doesn't score, he's going to have these types of comments written about him.
He's taken games by the horns, he's stood up, he scored and assisted in great numbers and as soon as he doesn't blow the game away, some clueless tw@t is whining.

He’s been unquestionably world class since Ole came along. Not sure what your agenda is.
Pogba has been class since Ole came in. I'm.not about to.slate him after a tough game
He’s been very good under ole, but unquestionably world class is a bit far.
He was more than okay, and a lot better than some.
Nowt wrong with Pogba today.
That being said, he really does not have the head to be a penalty taker. He is just one of those that sets off without having actually visualised the whole process. Some may argue that not having an intent means the keeper can't read that intent and that gives the an advantage, but that is a too high risk strategy that will produce negative dividends, and will cost points in league situations and knockouts in cup comps.
In a penalty taking situation there is absolutely nothing ANY goalkeeper can do if the penalty taker gets it right. Following a correctly taken penalty the laws of physics would prevent it being stopped.
Not scoring is solely the responsibility of the penalty taker.
Not good
Nah. Some keepers get lucky.

Obviously not in my opinion. I don’t think there’s been a better central midfielder in England over the same period.

Each to their own. He’s been very good under ole, but hasn’t set the big ganes alight, though he’s been better than in the past (aside PSG, who just completely shut him down).
Pogba needs to stop dying his hair white to look like Jibril Cisse, performance always drops when he does that.
I wouldnt play him so deep, he need to influence the game higher up!

Yeah agreed, he’s no pirlo or modric, lacks the tactical brain. Put him more forward where he can put in a killer ball, it’s his ace card, use it.
He's no Pirlo or Modric and yet you want him playing that killer ball, something both Pirlo and Modric are known for.

I think he ment he is no Pirlo od Modrić when we are talking about influencing the game from the deep and dictating tempo.
Pirlo od better then both Pirlo and Modrić when we talk about final pass! This is clear and there is no need to look in bad assist statistics of both Pirlo and Modrić.
Statistics don't tell the whole story, but Pogba has better final pass

Exactly that. He lacks tactical ability to shape play, he’s quite poor at it, usually taking the wrong option, but he’s excellent at playing skillet pass, so don’t use him as a regular Cm, play him where he can hurt with the final ball.
Killer pass, not skillet!!
