Facking loads mate.
Interesting that a lot of opposition fans who have commented on this thread seem to think we as Spurs fans underrate Lloris.
I realise he has his faults, but so does every keeper. I think they have a point, we don't realise actually how good he is because we focus on his poor aspects. Saved us countless times over the last few seasons from turning a win into a draw etc.

I don't think your fans go overboard on Winks that much (other than the likes of Don desperately trying to make him a thing when he was breaking into the side). Dele Alli though seems to get rated higher when he is out of the team, but draw a lot of frustration when he is actually in the side.

Definitely. What he said here:

Is true for lots of Spurs fans. It's only when he's not playing that we start to appreciate what he actually brings. When he's playing we moan when he tries different, low probability things and lose the ball where in reality it's trying those things along with incredible movement that make him so important to us.
