More than players or the manager is the lack of mentality tbh. We keep changing all that surrounds it but it stays the same. Losers.

What use does Xhaka have? Ponderous, yellow card magnet and mistake prone.

Yeah I think with any manager in charge, the team will struggle with mentally weak and thick players. Got too many players who are prone to making wrong decisions. That’s hard to coach out of someone, especially if it’s been going on for years. They just need replacing

When you first signed Xhaka I thought he'd be a player, haven't seen him as much as you boys but not often has he looked any more than average?

It’s why we often get such random set of results. We can play really well one game, then it all falls apart the very next game. The players ability to make correct decisions is badly lacking and very random, while also the ability to cope if one thing goes wrong. It’s been going on under wenger for years as well.

They’ve got the ability to play well, and in some games they all do, and we get great performances. They just can’t constantly cope with the mental side of the game, which leads to these type of nights. We need these kind of players out.

I blame everything on Wenger he assembled imo wrong players that lack physical and mental qualities especially Ozil, Xhaka, Monreal, Mustafi etc we need to ship these out.

Xhaka has more.good games than bad. Mustafi on the other hand is a disgrace. Never have I hated an Arsenal player as much as this utter liability.

Time after time this.guy costs us with stupid foul, penalties, mistakes ect.

You can have the best football talent in the world, but if you can’t think when and where to pass the ball, when to stay on your feet, when to tackle etc, you will never be a good player. We have too many players who fit that bracket. It’s important we clear out over the summer and draw a line under these type of players. It just won’t work if you want to be among the top 4

I believe that those two particular signings were actually the very undoing of Wenger. Imagine if we actually had a real defender and real midfielder for the money we paid...

We didn’t offer him a new deal. It was Xhaka we have a new deal too.

Which was still an outrageously stupid decision

They'll end up back in Germany and do well.

Xhaka is our worst ever signing. When considering price, need for a player in his position, quality and wages.
