I cant understand when people said "he's got some serious explaining to do, but he must stay". What exactly does that mean, how does he "explain"... sorry supporters, wasn't feeling too good about the touchline ban, made a few errors with the team, sorry we got dropped out of top 4, will try not let these things bother me next season, chin up folks, we've got a nice new stadium to look forward to".
The dude has to go. End of. And Levy? What type of Mickey Mouse outfit is this!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well the dude has got us into the quarters of the big competition, the CL, the one that's really worth winning. We have as good a chance as any of winning that!
And with a razor thin squad, horrible fullbacks, no back-up for kane, and a somewhat green midfield which Winks seems to be holding up.
He's taken us to wins over Real Madrid, a draw at Camp Nou, and two wins over Germany's top team, Dortmund.
So now levy should sack him?
I do not think even Daniel Levy is quite that stupid!

Ted, Levy does not own the club. He cannot just ‘open his wallet’ like certain ill-informed fans such as Sizzle keep repeating. He has to run us on behalf of ENIC on a set budget that is influenced by many factors, not least expenditure - of which we have a lot at the moment due to the stadium build. When it comes to player trading, we generally sell to buy, thereby generating our own transfer budget via player sales. Last summer we sold nobody, ergo we bought nobody. If anybody should be being told to ‘get their wallet open’ then it’s Joe Lewis. However even if he wanted to he cannot just showed us with a £200m transfer kitty, as that money has to be accounted for by FFP.

Yes, all very true, Ace.
But then the club (Levy & Lewis) should not expect the manager to win anything.
Lewis is quite capable of "opening his wallet" for a couple of hundred thou. He's made enough off of the British currency manipulations around 2008. Truth is he still has a "poor boy" mentality and won't do it.
As for accounting, that simply means a little foresight from Joe & Daniel!
Favourable draw (and there's already some very doable teams in the pot) and you'll be in the CL semis for the first time in ... ever?

Not true, Spurs have been to a semi-final in the European Cup, the predecessor of the CL. I think Liverpool were back in the old second division back then.
