The most bizarre thing is McLeish saying we started well.

We were 2 down in the first 10 minutes.

I think for his benefit he should be removed from the role.

How can we change this guys. I know the league is not the strongest but we can have a plan and invest in youth development. I do think how we train the players is not up to standard.

I liked Strachan no disrespect to mcleish as an aberdeen fan loved both but no surprise that Strachan being a midfielder with football intelligence was my preference, both winners but strachan more football intelligence in a positive sense, creative unlike McLeish as a stopper, Strahan had many changes to personnel in his second stint as manager and had to create in many ways a second team which by the England game at Hampton was starting to gain consistency with this second group, I felt sorry for him in that the better players are now available to McLeish with the likes of McKinley at man u McCann, Robertson Tierney Fraser Christie etc

You can put a positive spin on that by saying aberdeen have improved him as a player.

I'm not.

Nothing surprises me when it comes to how crap Scotland can be.

I just accept it

We can't just throw in players and hope for the best. Palmer, shinnie, Mcburnie, Burke... It was never going to work.

Too many players don't want to play for Scotland anymore and we've had too many injuries. We need fraser, Christie, Griffiths, naismith, Tierney, robertson back ASAP.

There's also major differences between the Irish and English league but it doesn't stop the Irish from occasionally qualifying.

Occasionally we used to qualify consistently and there's no reason as to why things have changed today apart from the mentality as I believe the same conveyor belt of talent must be coming through, no disrespect

That's why I would like some1 like Lennon or Davies as it would change the mentality
