Too close for comfort we are definitely in the last stop saloon now.
I hope the saloon isn't like the Hotel and all shut up
17th April Away - Whites Hotel winding up order
8th May Away - BWFC Winding up the return 3
Football matches no idea of where when or who can watch.
Take back of Inner Circle Investments shares in BWFC tba
At least we can breathe again. Well for a short period. If the deal doesn't go through it will be goodnight Vienna.
We all know the club is being run badly but not to issue a witness statement was pure madness.
Ken said he couldn't pay wages until after the hearing on the 3rd (today).
So I make it tomorrow will be pay day
Place your bets now...

I see the beano is showing no interest at all in what's going on.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No doubt there will be a piece later in the day. Not good enough for the local paper's sports writers not to be on the ball with an issue as importatnt as this.
isn't there a validation order needed to release cash for wages? I seem to remember this kind of order needed 3 years ago.
Unless it comes out of the Hotel account again, but they have their own winder going.
Getting confusing now.
No news from the safety group so no emergency meeting today unless they do night shifts.
Will the points be deducted after each game there is a lock out or will they saved and issued as a job lot at a later date after fans are allowed to return.
If the fixture is played, ie fulfilled, even behind closed doors then why would there be any points deduction.
Even a match postponement wouldn't generate a points deduction, unless I missed something.
It be against EFL rules unless they give prior consent we don't have that or didn't have it before we told them. Past cases show a points deduction is in order unless the situation changes before kick off but anything is possible with the EFL these days.
33.1
Behind closed doors. Save with the consent of The League or as a consequence of any disciplinary or regulatory proceedings, no Club may play any League or Cup Match behind closed doors so that the public are excluded from the ground.
I would guess we fall under the 'regulatory proceedings' as in no safety certificate.
Yup we didn't ask permission so we don't have consent and we do not have a valid safety certificate so deduct 3 points for each game fans are locked out add on optional extras and fines for the financial losses incurred by the opposing club.

let me guess...its all lies and nowt t' see 'ere?
Ken didn't tell you the players are divided did Mike Reid shout "Runaround Now" it's chaos
Somebody wake the Beano up.
This has all the hallmarks of the club and hotel being mothballed with nothing being paid out until the shares are removed from Ken's mitts and then sold on to Mystery Buyer Number ***

On Off On Off ....
Is the takeover around the same corner as the goal Feast or is it the other way around.
When should the End of season party be before or after the next day out at court.
Will The Beano every be first with the news
If money makes the world go round would it be flat if it was as broke as us.
Ken rubbishes the comments from Gaspard Holdings. I must confess I can't understand why someone would say that they were close to securing the club if it wasn't true. Perhaps it's a case of delusions of grandeur. It takes all kinds I suppose.
And He's back again.

Is today a special occasion or something
Lostock is open and there are players training as well.
Players have called in the PFA and league again to deal with Ken.
So Ken will run up a debt until next pay day by which time he hopes some other mug will pick up the dab.
Difficult decision to make. Want to support the team but don't want ken to get sny more money out of me.
You best go its only a fiver there might be another of Ken's leaving messages in the matchday programme. Plus if you pay for iFollow you know the stream is not exactly standard quality never mind HD
Oh and if it snows you might miss another Lofty snowball fight if you don't go.
I wouldn't be surprised if the mystery buyer isn't Michael James (Prescott Business Parks).
He's a Bolton supporter and he may well have the support of the owner of Home Bargains, Tommy Morris, who incidentally is loaded. Tommy's an Everton supporter but a very good friend of Michael James. My daughter did quite a lot of work for Home bargains a couple of years ago.
I hope that turns out to be true. It would be good to have a true supporter in charge of the club and if that transpires, we may well get Big Sam back into the fold to help.
Just to add to my last post, Michael James was a late backer for the consortium that pulled out of the deal.
