What benefit is there sending him off after the game?
He bottled it big time.
To referee an old firm game you need a big personality and he hasn't got it.
Realistically rangers should have been down to eight men but somehow finished with ten. That is poor refereeing.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
I think the Halliday one is being way over stated.
Is that the one where they kind of ran into each other?
Point is that the claim is Madden was scared to send Halliday off.
Given that he had already sent one Rangers player off then proceeded to send the player he was supposedly too scared to send off at the end - the claim he was too scared to issue red cards to Rangers players is a strange one in my book.
I'm still surprised that some bhoys even take Timmys bait these days....

I still cannot fathom why Madden didn't send Kent off.
It doesn't get anymore blatant.
Sinclair was running through to go one on one and halliday fouled him
Missed it in the highlights though which was strange.
Point is that the claim is Madden was scared to send Halliday off
I may be wrong but i think the point he's trying to make is he was scared to send him off due to the fact if he blows for a free kick he's no choice to do it so waved play on.
I thought it was a foul to be fair.

In fairness, he was about 50 yards away at the time.
Evening times reporting Morelos 4 game ban confirmed.
I imagine Kent will get 2 games and Haliday will be one game.
With Barisic injured as well, perhaps a return for Lee Wallace?

Because the offence didn't warrant a second yellow card?
Its like when rangers got a transfer ban but as usual the SFA allowed them to sign players that summer anyway.

Andy Walker never missed it.
His trousers nearly exploded live on air at the thought of a second Rangers player being sent off.
Maybe that's what Madden was scared of?
Here if your erses do collapse (again) and killie get second (or abderdeen) you might get an easier route in Europe like last year.

I was replying to Weighorst comment about Madden being scared not Timmys.
I try not to knowingly enter into a convo with Timmy.
He is such a fabulous WUM but I do try not to be his next unsuspecting victim.
Honestly it makes me laugh every time he spouts his drivel and Gers fans come back and tell him not to be such a sad ar$e. Then a celtic fan pipes in and tells Timmy how his net is bulging.
Its classic exchanges like that which must make it all really worthwhile for Timmy.
He maybe just wanted the game over with as soon as without any further drama given all that happened, sending Halliday off would have provided more. Maybe he thought it wasn't a foul but then again he missed a couple of incidents but i reckon he didnt want the hassle of giving gers another red during the game.
