Not had a chance to watch any snooker today unfortunately.

Happy that Carter got through. Lisowski’s doesn’t seem like he’s mentally ready to win big matches even though he has some talent.

I hope Cahill does himself justice in this round and doesn’t get hammered after that result against Ronnie

From what I saw of Cahill, he hit a few really good pressure pots at the end and also wasn't afraid to play his natural game, but made way, way too many mistakes. Missed easy balls, went in off, tactically wasn't particularly good.

I expect him to get soundly beaten by Maguire. However, Maguire himself often buckles under the pressure so you never know. Still expect Maguire to win comfortably.

Hope Shaun Murphy can have a good session and get right back into this match. Doesn't want to end up trailing 10-6 or 11-5 else that will be curtains.

Strange what he said before his match with Robbo, "how many will he beat me by"

Murphy has had a terrible season and Robbo has had an excellent season. This is in complete contrast to 18 months ago when Robbo didn't even qualify for the Masters and Murphy won the Champion of Champions and got to the UK Final.

Plus, Murphy loves to talk, mostly nonsense.

Some bookies making Trump the favourite? I don't think he will win it. Could end up being another Jimmy White.

I don't understand how anyone can make Judd the favourite when his next match is against Ding. Yes, of course he can win the match, but surely that should be considered when the favourite is chosen, this looks like the most evenly matched 2nd round tie.

Hope the winner of that match wins the title, although I've said that for a few years now, if not Ronnie, then either Ding or Judd.
