Bobby deserved an 8 imo.

I dont think VVD was poor at all. People tend to pick up on any tiny error he might make because hes usually so flawless. 8 for me. Won every header made a massive tackle on their forward in first half.

glad to see keita getting a chance. loved watching him in the bundesliga, exciting player. hope he can make the step up.

Disagree a little on Fabinho, he picked up a lot of loose balls (no coincidence he was in the right place), intercepted well and broke up attacks by getting a foot on the ball. In the periods we penned them in it was regularly Fabinho picking up the pieces and recycling the ball. Not a flashy performance but I liked what he did.

Salah had a strange game, no lack of effort and he was constantly trying things but it just wasn’t working for him tonight. Mane looked strangely subdued imo but he was probably due a quieter game.

Shaq was about to come on for the last 30 seconds but the ball wouldnt go out of play hahaha

Sturridge sub was pointless. All he did was give the ball away and run like a headless chicken. Those 10-12 mins would have been better served with Shaq.

Yes totally agree with this. Some of his passing especially shirt ones are poor. And his control should be a bit better.

Could it be that he has less confidence in the CB pairing in front of him as Lovren offers virtually NO protection & VVD can't always do it all on his own.

You will see Alisson get his ѕhіt together when Gomez returns as VVD's partner.

Also Robbo was missing so Alisson also had that to worry about.
