1 point in it and you some how think you can compare a person/footballer like Lafferty with Gary Hooper?
Beyond pash
Im just saying that when it matters Lafferty didnt hide but hooper did
Right,we'll keep Hooper and you can keep Lafferty
Right,we'll keep the League and you keep the chocolate cup
Glad to see your so confident ahead of the new season
Cappy.... you're on your Champions board again... talking about Rangers.. it's no healthy, son!
Pfffft
didnt say I was Cap, just saying we already have it. But in fairness m8 id be very suprised if we didnt improve on last season even if we dont spend all that much atleast were in a position to be able to run the club without the banks help. We will add a few players and depending on how good/poor the quality of said players are will provide the answer to us winning or losing the league . Im sure you will add 3 or 4 players also but I think we have the edge on having a settled team
Lafferty is five months older than Hooper.
Why don't we compare their respective
haul of winners medals and International
Caps.
Aye Norn Iron is much harder to play for than England
Hooper has been here for ONE SEASON
If hooper was all that then he would have signed for a half decent english team. He showed a lack of ambition and clearly wanted to be a hald big fish in a very small pond
I hope he is happy picking up runners up medals because he will get a good few of them over the coming seasons
Lafferty scored 16 in 31 starts
Considering how many games Lafferty played on the wing that's not that bad a record at all.
Hooper has a better record of 21 in 35 but he has been played in his favoured position in every game, Lafferty hasn't.
I honestly haven't seen enough of Hooper to know how good he is but Lafferty has improved 10 fold this season. I'm the first to admit I've torn him to shreds in the past but he's a very good season.
Not to mention he has a knack of getting vital goals and he now has a collection of SPL medals which Hooper does not have.

Glad to see someone is confident after winning the league by ONE POINT
So that applies to Jelavic joining Rangers, was that a lack of ambition for this Croatian 'superstar'?

You act as though that makes less meaningful. The aim is not win by a certain margin it's to simply get more points than anyone else. We did that, we won the league. It's the same trophy if you win by 20 points or 1 point.
Liked how you didn't reply to my comment about Jelavic...
I'm very happy the bears are happy with Laugherty, lets hope the Fat Joker is too now he is managing him
England's current strikers are Bent and Defoe
hardly world class eh, when Lafferty was here
for one season he had an SPL and Scottish Cup
winners medal.
No mention of Rooney?
Both Rooney and Bent are better strikers than the vastly over-rated Nikica Jelavic.
Lafferty's competition at Norn Iron is a guy that he beats to a spot in the starting 11 at Ibrox,David 'the Doncaster flop' Healy
when Lafferty was here
for one season he had an SPL and Scottish Cup
winners medal.

And? Remember the constantly ridiculed Gary Caldwell, he has SPL winners medals too
Ok so Lafferty and Caldwell have won the
SPL and Hooper hasn't therefore..,.Hooper
is a flop, he failed to score the goals to get
into the Europa League or win the SPL title.
I think you will find Hooper was injured for both games against Utrecht
Was he injured for the SPL run in?
For a considerable amount...yes.
Sorry I mis-read,no not for the run in but who cares? You won the league by 1 point and that doesn't mean you can suddenly say Hooper isn't good enough or whatever your point is...
