I think I’ll volunteer for today’s pessimist.

Our football the last couple of years has been turgid for the vast majority of the time and that’s before even taking into consideration the gulf in standard of player and finances available. Bloody awful in fact.

Lennon taking over has served a purpose for sure when we were left in the lurch and there probably isn’t anyone better suited to the task.

That aside, the team looked confused most of the time as you can see that Lennon doesn’t what to change things too much but also doesn’t rate a lot of the BR tactics; hence the players unsure as to what to do at times.

He instils a belief and a desire but Aberdeen have been getting closer and closer so I can see an upset today. I hope not but it is very much no way a foregone conclusion.
