Hopefully someone who can take a decent corner or free kick and not scared to tackle

This is going to be so annoying.
Madrid will offer £60m, Levy will want double. Levy will spend the summer offering Eriksen slightly more wages. Eriksen will refuse to sign and we will be forced to sell for £60/70m on deadline day. We then scramble round and either don't get a replacement or buy a substandard one.

Swap for isco would be good but will end up with a Benjamin stambouli type at the last minute I suspect
Good answers to this question: Isco, Ziyech, Van de Beek.
Bad answers to this question: Grealish, Bowen, Sessegnon.

Eriksen, his agent, and Poch have all said there hasn't, and won't be, any discussions about a new contract until the end of the season.
Seems strange that he's already agreed terms with Real already
It's all b0llox

Doubt he has signed for them verbally but I don't think he will sign another contract with us.

Wish we'd have signed him when he left Norwich. Might have forced both Eriksen & especially Dele to raise their game and fight for their place. Southgate put a marker down last year when Dele all of a sudden wasn't a cert starter.... Unlike at Spurs there's plenty of competition for places.... Needs to get his shlt together.... His game has lacked any substance this year... Just lots of poncing about & losing the ball

He’ll stay

If we miss Top 4 and don't beat Ajax... he wont
I think he will stay, but only if we get CL football next season. Going to Real Madrid is always a massive risk, OK you get paid more, but he could be a complete flop out there, whereas at Spurs he is pretty well undroppable.

Wouldn't mind Grealish & Sessegnon tbh but not as our major signings if Eriksen leaves.
Yeah exactly. They'd both be fine signings in addition to an Eriksen replacement, but they shouldn't be the replacement itself.
I think we need to think not about buying lots of squad players, but absolutely address the two major problem positions, right back and central midfield. Both Dembele and Walker have not been replaced yet, that has to be an absolute priority, then I think you will see performances vastly improve.
Liverpool did that, sorted their two major problems, goalie and central defender, and whilst they still have not win anything, have vastly improved.
