Signed.

Would much rather see him on the Queens honours list. An MBE would be far more fitting in my opinion.

So glad we got something out of that game, fully deserved as well. Can't believe Mbenza scored πŸ˜‚ Hope he can get a few more next season 🀞

According to the Q&A today Mbenza is our player. A front 3 of him, Grant and Diakhaby will give defenders cold sweats next season. Nobody in the Championship will have a pacier attack than us.

Who does everyone want to leave the club/think will leave?

I did my list ages ago, but I'll do another.

Mounie - worth £0.50p
Lössl - worth £1m - he's free though
Depoitre - worth £1
Billing - worth £8/10m
Kachunga - worth £20
Hamer - worth £0.20p
Mooy - worth - £9/10m - he'll be gone.
Williams- auldbignob will go for free
Smith - £20 - not good enough imo
StankoviΔ‡ - £20 - not good enough
Sabiri - free, bad attitude

Thats all I can think of.

He can stay now

Agree with all your list hydy, except one....Smith. Out of his depth at this level but he's a solid enough player for the Championship. I'd definitely say goodbye to Hadergonads though and get another RB in to challenge Tommy.

I would absolutely keep Mooy, obviously, but I don't think that decision will be ours to make.

I wouldn't pick the phone up for anything less than a £15M offer for Mooy or Billing though. Billing counts as home grown due to his time in our youth setup and those players go at a premium. If Solanke went for £18M then we should be looking to extract every penny we can for him.

Smith is a decent championship defender, and his overlapping runs with Kachunga worked wonders last time in the championship.West Brom were apparently after him in January. So yes, he can stay

Maybe the shoots of recovery today

Happy to see billing go.... just don't like his lazy laid back style..he wouldn't be any good in the championship and I would take 5 mill for what I think is a very overated player

We still have most of the lads that got us here and all of them are good enough for the championship and will look better in the championship because their speed of thought will have improved and that Will tell in the championship

Hopefully mooy will stay and I won't miss zanka or butter fingers lossl

I actually think we may have a half decent season and finish in the top 6... that's as good as the auto's for us because we have big balls and always win the playoffs 😁... unlike LπŸ’©πŸ’©D's who are spineless and a bunch of bottlersπŸ˜‚

The more I see of Jan sidebottom, I'm convinced the fella is a chip short of a butty.

When we scored today, he was raising his hands trying to make the crowd get even louder! I've just watched the video of Deano ont pitch at the end, and Jan appears at the end doffing his imaginary cap to the fans.

He's achieved fook all! It's a good job we scored today, or else that would have been another unwanted record for us! I'd like to see him gone in all honesty. Hope he can prove me wrong.

I'm a bit hokey cokey with Jan...in...out...in...out...

I suppose we should give him a bit of time to bring in some faces of his own for the Championship and see how his style fairs at that level. Wagner didn't win many to begin with, but he had his own style. Farke was slow to get going at Norwich but finally imposed his methods on the squad. I think what you have to remember with Siewert is that half of the players he's had to choose from have had half an eye on the exit door for a while, and and pretty much all of them have been shot to bits confidence wise.

We certainly have looked to have more attacking intent under him and we all know just how steep the difference between the Championship and the Premier League is. As I alluded to earlier we have the makings of a very promising and lightening quick forward 3. They'll be twice as effective in the league below you'd have thought.

The one area that does concern me though is defence. That's gone to the dogs under him, but then if he's trying to get more men forward, naturally that's gonna leave a lot more space in behind to be exploited and at this level you absolutely do get punished for it.

Let's see how the window goes for us before making any snap judgements. It's gonna be a very different squad in a few months time. I'm actually starting to look forward to the unknown that lies ahead.

Agreed Champers, but I wonder if we'll get in division 2 Germans again, ( can lightning strike twice)? Or proven players at this level,? I hope he's got help & advice because our support won't put up with his bonkers behaviour if we start losing in the Championship...

A very low tally needed for a playoff spot this season...Derby get 6th spot with only 74 points

We got 81 and 5th with 25 victories..the blades in second only got 1 more victory than we did

Imo that doesn't translate to a better division than the one we left and Sheffield United look poor in comparison to our promotion team and may beat Derby's record next season

posted on 5/5/19

Last season only 75 needed for a playoff spot!

80 got 6th in our promotion season

5 and 6 points less needed the last 2 season's

We have far more quality now than the promotion side and should/will do ok next season

Dean Ashton on the football league show on Quest thinks we'll be strong & win the play offs again πŸ’ͺπŸ˜‚

Who's Jan Sidebottom, have I missed something? πŸ˜‚
From what's come out of the Q &A session I pretty much expect Jan to be here next season and it's already been decided who's out and who they want to come in, unless I've misunderstood.

I think we have to give him a chance, if it's not working by the first, or second at the latest, internat6break then make a change.

I know we've all got concerns about the manager and the new chairman but we'll just have to wait and see and hope the perfect storm happens again 🀞

I like Utg's new style of writing, throwing odd random numbers into words to bamboozle us

I hope you've got your stats right waltz, otherwise Wetherby will av ya

Ian bloody Wright actually did his homework on us on motd last night. I'm glad we got a decent 5 minutes worth on there.

posted on 6/5/19

It's this phone. I think I'm typing words but somehow touching numbers as well, it's driving me mad 😑 I must improve my proof reading πŸ˜‚

I haven't watched MOTD since Palace away, our very first game in the Premier. There's far too much stupid chatter and not enough of the actual football. Plus the bias towards the top 6 is unbearable.

Download an app called SwiftKey. It's the best keyboard (imo) for android
A lot better than the samsung one.
