Lovren getting bullied didnt help and him being useless on the ball hurts us building a platform to attack from too.
Newcastle being safe were allowed to go out and play and they bloody enjoyed it. Ultimately we found a way again, which is why we're up there.

Doesn’t matter one bit. 2 games to go we just needed to win, the performance is totally irrelevant at this stage of the season.
Spot on inbefore - No one can suggest Newcastle made it easy, Rafa is still one of the greatest humans to have ever lived

Maybe city will finally be penalised for all those “tactical fouls” they give away. When really they just kick the shiiiiit out of the opposition when they lose the ball.

Love Rafa, he is a stand up guy and would have prepared a much inferior side to give us a real game.
I often think what would have happened had Rafa got the sort of backing that Klopp has what he would have done at the club.
Nice to see another super match v Newcastle again.
What Rafa has done at that shambles of a club, which puts House of Fraser and Pattiserie Valerie above signing new players, is absolutely stunning.
I think there are only three clubs in Prem history where we have a worse away record.
Great win after playing away at Barca midweek.
Rafa will be gone end of the season, his contract expires then and he hasn’t exactly been encouraging thoughts of next season at st James park.
He deserves better tbh, as do the Newcastle fans. Such a shame because with proper backing Rafa could give Newcastle fans the success and football they crave

If there were such a thing, city would be starting next season in League 1.
We close with 44 points away from home this season. Absolutely incredible effort.
