Will Roman sell up? has he been allowed back in the UK yet? or w.e it was. Hows the stadium plans going?

Its a gj you have about 4 teams out on loan to pick from, maybe its time to use some of them?

Remind me what the ban was for, again?

If we can cope with going a couple of windows without any incoming transfers, surely you can with the size of your squad?!

Does this mean unless Hazard signs a new contract he will definitely leave on a free?

That’s FIFA upholding their ban, I am sure CFC will shortly make an appeal to CAS who in turn, can suspend the ban until their outcome ?

Interesting, bit of a pick your poison scenario for Chelsea.

As I said CFC will be hoping that CAS can freeze the ban until whilst their investigations are ongoing.

Yes, we always knew we were going to lose appeal.

We hoped verdict would give us time to go to CAS and get ban freezed in time for summer 2019 window

Would this make Hazard more likely to stay at the club this summer? Albeit against his wishes I presume?

I don't think we would do that to him, even if we wanted to. He has one year to run on his contract, and we're looking for £100M (according to the rumours) while RM want to pay less. RM could wait another year and get him for free - but I don't think Zidane wants to wait. And for players like Hazard we have always respected their wishes to allow them to leave if and when they want to go. It won't stop us negotiating hard with RM though - if they don't offer the right amount they won't get their man.

Spurs may as well have illegally tapped up a few youngsters back in 2018.

I think the fact the FIFA have blinked is interesting, particularly as it allows us to sign domestic under 16's. As the ban is supposed to be about improper signing of youth I would have expected no movement on that front whatsoever. I still feel the ban may well be overturned completely. I have mixed feelings on it, part of me wants to see us use some of our youth more during this period whilst part of me just wants us to stick if up FIFA.

We either keep him one more season in which case he then can leave on a free...or we sell him this summer I think

Hazard will not stay against his wishes...why should he, he'll do what he feels is in his best interests

Probably do Chelsea a favour, forcing them to play some of their very talented youngsters.

You don't need Michael Hector do you?

I know of a good home for him. Our Player of the Year.

. . . just saying. Thanks

What gave you that idea, still have pedro, willian, giroud, azpi, luiz, anyway unsee my point, we dont do things logically, we prefer winning instatly,

Honestly this will destroy morale within the youth, this ban will, as we wont use any loanees, maybe to warm the bench and number, just confirming our youth system is just for mere profit,
