I don't know if it was boring, I just had little interest in it.

No, it's not boring. They won it fairly.

They have been the best side in the league by a country mile, even if Liverpool fans think not.

City should have put away that pen at Anfield, that would have made it a fairer outcome. Same as Chelsea, should have beaten them at Stampede, but they had 1 shot and 1 jammy goal.

Get over it. Your club spends as much as City?

Are you saying Chelsea titles don't count too?

Comments like this are ridiculous. Which Liverpool fan has said that City weren't the best side in the league?

That would be the same one who says 'Next year is our year'

I think you're being a little disingenuous to City. I think, not only didn't mind City winning it because of the style of there football, most normal football fans couldn't stomach the thought of Southampton 'B' winning it.

I can see the point the OP is making here.

Next season City are already odds on favourites to make it 3 on the trot. That's before Pep spends another 200million in the summer.

Sport is supposed to be all about competition and some degree of uncertainty.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
thats why they are in both cup finals as well... every player in the squad is a 50 mil player nearly at least

Lets hope FA and uefa do their jobs and dont bottle it and kick them out

Worth checking what Kompany , Sergio, Bernardo, David Silva, Foden, Fernandinho, Sane etc cost before posting. Saves looking foolish.

Another day another article of moaning from bitter fans about City’s win. Boring? Probably play the best football out of any title winning team. Not competitive? What on earth do you call two teams, on 95+ points, with one point separating them, who have just gone on incredible winning runs pushing each other all the way? Not exciting/no twists? Liverpool were 7 points ahead at Christmas time. The Mane chance in their game 1mm from going in and changing everything.

Can you guys not just enjoy things for what they are instead of complaining about nigh on everything. Comments about how much they spend is near mute. They spend well. Pep coaches their new signings well. United spent massive amounts under Mourinho and look where that has got them. Liverpool have, to, have spent massive amounts, surprise, they now have a brilliant team. Know and appreciate greatness (both Liverpool and City) when you see it.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

I think you are missing the point of my articular,

City are worthy champions - Agree
City play great free flowing football - Agree
City are a well run club - Agree
Pep is a brilliant couch - Agree
City fans do not find it boring - Agree

Agree, agree, agree

I am not trying to be disingenuous to your success or that I am bitter fan (actually that opposite is true) but I am trying to make the point that there is a general apathy towards City from rival fans.

The biggest insult Manchester United paid to City was cheering them on against Liverpool, these guys are your Manchester neighbors FFS.

I believe fans of the other top 6 teams would gladly see City win the title (me included) than see one of the other rivals teams win the league and that in its self is BORING.

When City win its just boring!!!
-------------------------------------------------------------
Amusing and kind of true.

For all the fantastic football they play, it's striking how little neutral fans care about them. At least when we were the richest team in town we were properly hated, no-one gives a s*** about City either way

I'd have to totally disagree with that. I personally think that rival fans have a much higher respect for City than they do of say Liverpool.

Nothing to do at all with finding them boring.

City are a very well run club with money, and the best coach in the world

Liverpoll a well run club with some money and a good coach

Chelsea and especially United are badly run clubs with some money/lots of money

Have almost zero respect for City. They're buying success, Liverpool have built it.

You weren't around in the 70s and 80s then!

If Liverpool wanted your player, you just had to wave goodbye to him!

Please don't bother telling me Liverpool didn't use their power and money to stay at the top of the tree for so long without it.

How many times did we break the transfer record over that period?
