Rice reminds me of Eric Dier, I’m still not sold on him.
On selling Pogba I’m in two minds, because I think he’s a quality player and has shown his ability when we’ve set up in a higher tempo attacking style.
But then there’s the issue of his attitude and the impact that could have on the dressing room if he’s forced to stay. And there’s also the fact he isn’t actually the best at pressing, which creates problems if you are setting up to do that, so a less gifted but more suitable player for that style could give us a better platform to compete in the midfield.
Difficult decision to make really. Glad it’s not up to me.

Bigger, stronger, better tackler and quicker.
Like Dier if he was a level up.

Rice is only going to get better and at 20 hes already being spoken of as captain material
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wel yeah, Noble is their captain.
Dier in his breakthrough season looked better than Rice from what I’ve seen.
I’m not saying he’s a bad player, but I’m not sure the hype is justified. As it wasn’t with Dier. Or Schneiderlin. You always get these type of players having a good season or two but when it comes down to it they aren’t top quality.

I think Rice is much better - certainly in terms of potential. Quicker across the ground and has better footwork. He's not super technical, but he's got better feet for a CB who has converted to midfield than Dier who followed a similar progression. Dier is really a straight up CDM - he won't do much with the ball other than the basics. Rice has a bit more about him and can carry the ball better in my opinion.

Doesn’t work like that. Especially with his agent banned from making transfers.

I think the criticism on ja606 for example has been spread across the whole squad/team in the last couple of months. I'm not quite sure pogba had really come in for more than hes deserved
Certainly lukaku has had it in spades all season
Young has been lashed out of it
Martial and rashford have certainly had their deserved share and lingards ineffectiveness also hasn't gone unnoticed
He will just get a new agent if he needs that to leave.

More chance of us winning the CL next season than Pogba ditching Raiola.

Bit disingenuous to compare the Sterling and Pogba situations. In fact it’s insulting to compare the two
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You know nothing about that type of targeted abuse. Stick to your Ole our articles!
----------------------
Are you saying Pogba is singled out because of his skin colour?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A mixture of things including that, being foreign, his culture as well. They way some sub-Saharan Africans are regardless of money, flamboyant with hair cuts and express themselves by dancing, these things are frowned upon over here.
Pogba dances and Giggs schags his brothers wife, if we want to criticise what people do off the pitch let’s do it to everybody in the same way. The Old Trafford faithful sing songs about Giggs schagging who he wants and celebrate that deplorable act. On Sunday Pogba was told to “stick this on Instagram” and the fan makes a rude gesture.
This is the exact same type of double standards Sterling suffered. Only in this case, dancing on Insta and impregnating your brothers wife aren’t even comparable. This whole thing is agenda driven, it doesn’t matter what happens at the club Pogbas face is slapped all over the front pages.
If we want to criticise the football then you have a reasonable argument. Then you can say, look at Giggs, look at what he achieved.
Nobody has the right to berate a player like that, I’m sure if it happened in the streets in front of a police officer it wouldn’t be allowed to happen.

I'm more than okay
I'm just saying it how I see it. If you want to talk positives, all I can think of, is the season is over. But that's it. I can't see anything positive atm about United.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Glad to hear you're okay.
Hopefully the club can give you a few more reasons to be more positive in future.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can't see the club moving city and changing name to Liverpool/Barca/Real Madrid etc... any time soon.
I’m laughing that you think Pogba would ever change agent.
I’m not saying he won’t go, I’m saying it’s not as simple as player decides and it’s as simple as that. Transfers like his are highly reliant on a number of conditions beyond just the player’s wishes.
And given the money involved that may prove nore difficult than you think. And yes his agent being banned from transfers has an impact on all of this, and him being who he is actually, because his fees bump up transfer fees that make things very difficult to get done.
Look at us signing Pogba to begin with. Or the issues Barca are having with De Ligt because he wants 20% of the fee.

There is definitely something in it. I think people just can't understand him and his culture and resonate with him and it makes them hate him even more when things are not going well, so they scapegoat him.
Pogba will never change as a person as that's his identity. He's just an easy target now. I think it's best he leaves. He needs to be playing with good quality players not Rashford and Lingard and Lukaku, all 3 who btw are mid-table standard
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes I think it’s best he leaves as well. He’s 26 anyway and won’t want to see out his peak years at United while we’re rebuilding AGAIN!

Pogba's antics on Instagram don't bother me in the slightest to be honest. If he was giving 100% on the pitch then there wouldn't be an issue. However, because he brings this attention on himself he is also going to be a target.
Very different to Giggs who kept things hidden rather well for years! Giggs also performed on the pitch too and, even if having a bad game, the effort was always clearly there.
