No. Bad feeling but looking forward to the game and occasion

You’ve not actually accounted for extra time. 90 mins

Prefer to be the underdog as Liverpool are big favourites

I'm looking forward to it as a neutral. I'd like a free flowing game, 2-2 after 90 minutes, 3-3 after ET, then a penalty shoot out. I love the live shots of the supporters eating their scarves, hearts beating at 100+ per minute, faces glistening with sweat from the tension! Fantastic as a neutral!!

Dreading it

Im actually dreading the game.....I cant remember feeling this nervous about Spurs...... I just wish I could go to sleep on Friday and wake up in time to see Hugo lift that bl00dy great thing & then go on a 7 day bender

Don't think we'll have an issue getting ourselves up for the game as it's a CL final and I'm sure the players want to right the wrongs of last season, but agree the break has benefited Spurs more.

I'm constantly going back and forth. Would definitely have preferred Ajax.

Based on form and both teams on paper I expect us to lose, it’s a free hit.

But

Got this nagging feeling we can pull it off.

It’s the hope that kills you

Yeah.... had the game been a week after the season ended I would have said Liverpool would have been 3 goals better than Spurs..... Now, I honestly don't know..... Its the hope that's killing me

I was at a wedding on Saturday and the groom’s whole family were scousers.
Apparently they’ve won it already and the game is just a formality
It’s their year and they deserve the sixth European title because they’re Liverpool. And Hilsborough.

There is no way they will get beaten by Spurs.

What does Hillsborough have to do with it ?

I'm confident we will win Saturday.

Tbh I suspect our lads will handle the occassion a bit better just because it's their third Euro final in as many years but there is no hard and fast rule to this.

Im just hoping we have one of those 30 minute periods in the first half where we rattle in a few goals and take the game away from Spurs so I can relax.

I am actually pretty confident that Spurs can win the CL now they have reached the final, they have overcome so many hurdles this season, they have got over their achilles heel of losing semi-finals, they are very unpredictable and with the best team on the pitch, which has not happened many times this season, they are a match for any side in Europe.

Sure Liverpool have had a better Prem season, but let`s not forget Spurs have finished in front of Liverpool seven of the previous 8 seasons, so Prem form really will go out of the window.

It is a one off match, and I think Spurs will come out on top.

Never heard any of our fans mention Hillsborough for a final. Think he was hearing things.

Free hit for spurs so they should feel no pressure at all in the biggest club game in world football. With that lack of pressure I cannot see how they don't win to be honest.

You keep coming out with carp like this. So do a few other of your games.

Shut it

In a one off cup game Spurs have every reason to believe they can win.
The fact they have never been here before means they have nothing to lose really.
Id argue who ever wins/loses can hold their heads up high as i dont think anyone wouldve expected these two teams to make the final.
Ive heard some say who ever loses has bottled it, when Id argue surely that means every other team in the CL ranked higher than these teams bottled it more?

One thing is for sure who ever wins, rival fans will be having a melt down either way
