Absolutely fantastic player.

The Premier league will be worse off without him if he leaves

Don't like his face. Reminds me of a weasel.

By all accounts he's a decent guy, but the impression I've always had of him is that he's the perfect example of Chelsea's unprofessional, player-power-led ethos. He seems to be the worst of the bunch for not bothering to turn up and play his best for long periods when the players don't like the manager and want to force them out. And then, of course, showing up in full force against Spurs

Good player though, no question.

His Sterling impression whilst training was on point. So funny.

I'll remember him for that

I've personally never understood why Chelsea have always kept him stuck out on the wing where, whilst still excellent, his ability to truly influence a game directly with goals is limited.

To me he looks like the perfect CAM, he has a great weak foot, and defenders wouldn't be able to simply show him down the line.

As a Chelsea fan, couldn't have put it any better.

Very good player, that is not in doubt, but the bigger question is, if he goes, Chelsea will definitely go backwards. I mean, what will their playbook look like next year, given the current ( and only play ) they have is get it into the opposition's half, pass to Hazard, sit back and watch him win the game for us.

Can't see his leaving as anything but a big plus for the rest of the "top 6"

Absolute nonsense. Bar that injury plagued season he has always been our best player.

People who say he’s inconsistent I can only guess not watch him every week.
He will have created most chances, most dribbles, been our best player, set up goals in a 5 game stretch and people will say “he is inconsistent”.

Whether as manes, de Bruynes and whoever else never have this sort of accusation.

Difference is those teams have other players who take up the slack. Hazard doesn’t have that luxury

He is inconsistent. He's amazing some games and invisible some games. Definition of inconsistent

Sem. In fairness he deserves to go. Been the best player in the league for 5 years handcuffed by having to carry a team on his own.
He is our playmaker, goalscorer, ball carrier and spark. It is too easy for teams to double or triple man mark him now because the rest of our team is so static.

Sky done an article halfway through the season, in our team he was 1st in goals, assists, dribbles, chances created and fouled. It was a bit ridiculous and if I was pedro or Willian I’d be embarrassed

He might have become a better goalscorer sem but for me he is the second best all rounder in the world
Behind Messi. His performances in the World Cup showed how important he is even when not grabbing a goal. I think it was Mccoist who said the Brazil performance was one of the best individual performances he’d seen.

Best player I’ve seen down the bridge I’ve seen, begrudgingly been trying to deny it because I love Zola and Lampard so much, but I can’t deny it any longer.

That's fair and I stand corrected

must be a little worrying potentially losing him this summer whilst the transfer embargo is in full swing

You don't stand corrected, he's talking shiiit. You were right in the first place.

Well, I'll happily admit I don't watch Hazard in detail very often and my previous post was based very much on my own subjective impressions.

...however it's clear to see he splits opinion, since one Chelsea fan said they couldn't have put it any better, and another said it was absolute nonsense I would suggest that if he truly were one of the world's best, then there wouldn't be such a stark difference in opinions, but... what do I know
