Realistically who would buy Alli for the money he would cost?
No-one.
Newcastle and their new owner hopefully
I would not want to sell Dele, yet anyway. I know it seems like he's regressed from a couple of seasons ago but that one season of scoring 18 goals shows huge potential for what he's capable of. The whole team in the way they play has regressed since then. We need to try and get back to that level and get Dele doing what he does best, getting in positions to score more and scoring. If we can't do that with new additions THEN it might be time to sell.
As for Eriksen, if there's a good enough offer on the table then we should consider it.
A Spurs man for over 60 years and perhaps as long since I last commented. I couldn't have put it better myself Bumblebee.

None of your concern.
Defensively Liverpool we’re superb, you can’t deny them that.
Too many players lack that killer edge, I could name names but it’s well known
Summer off football and JA606
Congratulations to Liverpool, well deserved

If being in the CL final is supposed to be an advert for potential new players then we’re facked.
Any top player watching that performance will hardly be persuaded.
Can’t see us signing anyone decent - only because history suggests we won’t
That team is finished. We were lucky to scrape 4th.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Could say that for both sides.
A terrible advert for English football.
Kane was never fit just like firmino. If the below par Liverpool were up against Lucas and Son I honestly believe you would have caused us more problems.
Yesterday felt a bit too much Harry Kane FC.

Thing is, he could have brought Kane on as an impact sub.
But there was no way after starting him, he could sub him off.
So it was crazy to start him
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Which is what most people said.
Before their second I thought you started to put pressure of Liverpool, made a couple of of half chances and I actually thought you might sneak a goal. I felt the game deserved a draw and extra time.
It was a poor final both in terms of quality and entertainment, lots of misplaced passes, poor decision making and both sides were stiff in their tactics.
The first goal was a shame as it set a time for the match and Liverpool inevitably didn't really come out their shell.
Poor, boring game with neither side turning up but I suppose nothing was going to match both semi’s.
Definite penalty as although ball hit his shoulder, the downward movement of Sissoko’s arm deflected the path of the ball.
Had Origi not scored on 88mins might have left Spurs fans feeling somewhat cheated but Liverpool’s second justified their win.

Never a pen in a million years.
Easy tobsay he shouldn't have started Kane in hindsight.
Moira came on and looked awful.
Where’s cwoss dwessing Dowothy? (aka Don)
He’s always a good sport on here.
If Dowothy was hear he’d say last night was ‘“Cwap”

This.
Poch could have won that, if he had the balls to bench Kane.

Agreed. Nonsense to say starting Moura from the start would have made any difference, it simply would not have. Spurs have been in dreadful form for months, and the odd CL win, has masked how poor the team has become now.
There is no way this team/squad can go into next season and expect to finish higher than say 7th/8th. Absolutely no three or four new players to come in and go straight into the first XI.

It was because they scored.
Twaddle should take a chill pill because his jam tart might not cope with another funny five minutes!
Not sure of Alli’s role anymore. Starting to grow frustrated with him

Been $hite all season as I’ve pointed out on numerous occasions.
Lazy and arrogant.
I respect your feelings, but they’re not based on fact. Alli was a frequent threat running in behind and I thought he played well. He’s never going to be appreciated in this country but his awareness and intelligence really helped us.
Liverpool did look poor, mainly because we controlled the game from start to finish and never game them a sniff. But for one of the most disgusting refereeing decisions I’ve seen since Lampard v Germany we would have won that game I am certain.
With a fully fit squad we are better than Liverpool. We showed that last night. The referee ruined the game and occasion and it’s going to take a while to get over that.
