Tragic what happened. Alot of focus on the Spanish players who were in tears. I know he is Moreno ex team mate.
Yes, he played with Moreno and Llorente, who were both tearing up. Obviously being in Spain, at the home of one of his former clubs, added to the sorrow felt.

Everyone around me in the ground showed their respect which was only right
The Liverpool fans showed their respect as well
I know some mugs can’t keep their mouths shut for a minute but thankfully they’re in a small minority at most clubs
Reyes
Things like this put it all in perspective. We are all disappointed about Spurs losing on Saturday but it's a complete irrelevance compared to what Reyes' family are going through.

It looked an absolutely horrific accident and I can only guess the pain and anguish for the friends and family of Jose and his passengers, on of which seems to have a very long road to recovery.
Great to see football fans unite in that way during the final.
Yeah it was a nice touch, his funeral is today. Such a shame the way he died speeding kills.

I hadn’t looked at what actually happened til just now, apparently he was driving at 147mph, tyre punctured, hit a concrete block, flipped and burst into flames. The car was literally a shell. That is an absolutely horrific accident. Had his 23 year old cousin in the car too. Absolutely insane that he should be driving that fast, what a senseless waste of young lives.

Ill never understand how stupid and selfish people can be.
If you want to do 147 mph surely theres places you can do it more safely and legally? If you dont respect yourself or care for your own life atleast have it for others.
