Arsenal and ourselves aren't good enough for the Champions League at present
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Based on what? Arsenal reached the Europa final fairly easily and Man Utd reached the CL quarter final. They shouldn't be in the Europa league, they're better than the majority of teams in the CL.
Nope. Since when did the top 4 become the top 6?
Why do we have BATE borisov or PSV Eindhoven in the CL? Wouldn't Arsenal and United be more likely to succeed in the competition than those teams?
Only deserves 2 or 3 at the most
In this season Chelsea and Arsenal reached the Europa League final. Some of the Teams in the Champions League at the start of this season:
Club Brugge
PSV Eindhoven
Crvena Zvezda
Lokomotiv Moscow
Galatasaray
AEK
Hoffenheim
Pizen
Young Boys
Would Arsenal or Chelsea not have contributed more to the competitoin than these teams?

Based on us being nowhere near champions of our domestic league

That's not what you said. You said Man Utd aren't good enough for the Champions League, i.e aren't good enough to compete in the competition. But United reached the quarter finals this season, instantly disproving your point.
We have an English league already.
Wahl there’s a good argument for what you’re saying and I do agree to an extent that if the UEFA was looking to make CL more competitive and attractive, it would be that with teams from the stronger nations rather than teams from certain nations where the league is in comparison weaker?
But the counter argument is that this would turn the competition into almost an elitist group and could have negative impact on the so called weaker nations👍
Too many old people set in their ways not willing to discuss this situation from a hypothetical viewpoint.
Clearly the top 6 in England are all good enough quality wise to be playing in the CL, yes or no?

I do see the argument the other way, yeah I just don't understand why people are so dismissive.

How?
No because then when a top 6 side realises they're not gonna be able to challenge for the league they can just sleep walk through the the rest of the season knowing they just have to finish 6th, which is almost a guarantee considering the gap between the top 6 and the bottom 14
I think in England, it's a unique situation because I don't think other leagues have 6 strong teams like England does. I can see why in the interest of fairness you might be against this, but I think it is very clear that the 6 top teams in the English League are all good enough to be in the Champions League.

Same in other Leagues though. Real Madrid and Barcelona guaranteed to be in the Champions League every season. PSG guaranteed, Bayern and Dortmund guaranteed, Juventus guaranteed.
