he's not really an established star though is he in all truth

he's worked his way up from the arrrse end of France and had a decent 1 or 2 seasons in the top league of Ligue 1

in terms of money spent, yes, defo a statement

Ok maybe not world class established, but earning incredibly rave reviews for a while now and wanted by many top clubs, plus bags of CL experienced, it's a huge statement of intent this and what I have been craving for Spurs to do for years, now announce it.

Don. I would hold myself back there until the transfer window ends. We could end up with Ndombele as the only big signing and then using Eriksen money to force a move for Grealish on deadline day.
