I like Porro but we really don't need to be spending 40m there. That's annoying, especially if we end up with Rodon mk2 instead of a proper CB

I think we bring in 5 players minimum not including Porro and Kulu. Depends if we can get a few bosmans or players with a year left like Raya.

Maddison £40m ( conservative valuation ).
Kulusevski £30m
Porro £40m

= £145m right there.

Add a good centre back and we are nearly £200m.

Surely we sell Reg and Ndombele as well. Napoli had an option for £26m but if they offered around £20m it should be enough you would have thought? Reg for £15m or does he stay and Sess gets sold instead? No point having 3 left and 3 right backs.

I still think Ndombele won't be here come Aug. Maybe keep Davies for one more year and sell Sess and Reg. Rodon could be sold too. We can defo raise more than £50m if needed too.

Get 3 or 4 signings right we'll be fine without Europe

Improvement in direction amd top 6 finish
