Cancer's a really horrible word though Luka that a lot of people find very upsetting for personal reasons.

Aside from that, Dier's done nothing to earn the personal hatred of Spurs fans (and calling someone that does indicate personal hatred). He's not a very good centre back at professional level. That doesn't make someone a bad person. He's done nothing wrong towards the club that we're aware of. He's not tried to go to a rival, not gone on strike or whatever. He just doesn't merit - if any footballer ever does - this kind of abuse. I think that's how a lot of people will feel about that particular language.

The only reason I use that word is because he has gotten away with so much. Compare the abuse Sanchez used to get when he made a mistake, compared to the abuse Dier got. In the stands mainly as well.

Different worlds. Dier always got off lightly for some reason or was criticised lightly too. Maybe it's because he is blond and good looking, I dunno?

Also I don't like teacher's pets in any form of life. At school or at work. I think the idea of sucking up to someone to get ahead is pretty low. It's against the values of what makes a good team.

I imagine we're waiting on Spence being confirmed at Genoa. Imagine if the whole thing falls through because Spence has second thoughts or fails a medical. Is that even still possible? Every source has said Dragusin is signed and sealed so not sure what the hold up is.

His agent needs to shut his feckin' mouth. If Romero is back for Sunday then we've got both our first choice pairing back so Drag might be on the bench for a while. His agent will no doubt take issue with that at some point, particularly if we've promised him game time.

Same happened with Gio. He stayed on the promise of games from Ange and only really got a sniff when we had players injured. I think Ange could lose certain members of the squad if he keeps up the false promises. Shouldn't be an issue next year as Europe should mean more games but it's an issue this year all the time we're strengthening the squad with so few games.

You're problem Fridge is you assume alot and shoot from the hip. Yes I have seen first hand how Cancer can kill someone close to me and even how someone can survive it.

I have no problem using the word to describe a deadwood member of a football team. I can seperate my life with football very easily.
