Dont think any fan honestly wants players to be sold or leave just that sometimes there is zero you can do if the price is right, the player wants to leave and its a club like Madrid? this applies to damn near every club bar a few including Spurs? even as a neutral I'd like you to keep your best players but sometimes it just will happen

π¨ππππ ππ! | Tottenham Hotspur are aware Tammy Abraham could be attainable.
βοΈSpurs have not made a firm decision on whether or not to move for him yet.
π·Sources in Italy believe that Abraham could be available for around £20M.

Be a good replacement for Toney at Brenford. Too many injuries for us. Only played 8 times last season.

Wouldn't want either at Spurs thanks
Obviously I'm not in favour of selling players but there's a benefit to doing that at the right time. Part of our problem under Poch was that we weren't brave enough to sell the likes of Rose, Dier and Dele when they were worth a fortune. Then they all stagnated and lost value. Do Liverpool regret letting Coutinho go? I doubt it. They bought VVD and Allison with the proceeds and never looked back. Sometimes it's the catalyst for progress and not a clamour for profit, although I understand the scepticism given Levy's form.

Not exactly sure why some Spurs fans think Toney is beneath us. I think we've been spoilt over the last few years having the best striker in world football. It's distorted our fan's idea of who we can realistically get to replace him. I think Toney is a very good striker and a damn sight better than Richy. In the absence of any realistic chance at getting someone like Isak, I'd go Toney all day long.
Because Toney is a complete twaaat

Really don't think he fits into the Postecoglou system
Really interested in who Spurs bring in as a striker? Obvs no done deal yet and it's all guesswork but really feel they both need to and will, how much say Ange has will also be interesting? Won't be 100% his choice I feel but he will have a say in the call do you think?
I feel like it's much more a team effort than we've probably ever had. Lange and co have a proven track record but obviously there's no point making signings that are good on paper if the manager don't like them.
Who do we get? Sesko ain't leaving, Gyokeres would be hecking expensive, I don't get why Newcastle would agree to sell Isak at any price that isn't insane.. leaves us with second tier options, really, who might not be better than Richarlison.
I'm on record flip flopping on who I want but I think whoever it is, (and ST or RW) they need to be a marquee signing to push us on.
dont newcastle need to sell a big player
but yeah he aint joining us. perfect though, striker and equally good outside
Romero:
"I'm the first to hold my hands up and say it wasn't the best season [22/23] but when I got offers from other clubs to move away for this coming season, I said no because I want to have my best years here. I really like the Premier League, I really like Tottenham and I want to be here for many more years to come,"
