Thing is, if Doherty gets injured then we need a back up right back so would only be worth selling Aurier if we can get all our money back on him otherwise we might as well keep him

He's either saying that because it's true (in which case, ) or because he's trying to play down any questions about his attitude so a potential buyer isn't put off (in which case )

Yeah of course, he was a no brainer at 20m or under but spurs were always hanging back to get a lower fee as they do and a lower team were always going to get in there first
