Y'know the Spursiest thing about all this - Real will have a buy-back on Reguilon, meaning that:

- Spurs sign him for £25m
- He tears it up this year
- His value skyrockets and he's now a £100m player
- Real buy him back for £35m and Spurs can't do a thing about it
