Ace, you’re way off. I agree the game has to evolve in all aspects, but to say what you said is a mindset that cannot prosper.
I reckon you implement your dominance in a stealthy manner as opposed to ‘men’ of yesteryear, cos you know the consequences.
But this forum ŵill give you that room to flex I suppose... I won’t totally throw you under the bus, cos I know guys like you, and they good people. But i disagree totally in their philosophy of how that world should be.
Women have done amazing things that have affected my life. Why would I be bent out of shape them playing football? Makes no sense to me.
I’m that ‘turn the channel over’ type of guy.

A 13-0 and an 8-0 tonight alone. I don’t have an issue with them playing football if that’s what they want to do, but the way the media are treating it like a proper sport is ridiculous, we all know it’s a Mickey Mouse concept - I don’t get why anyone tries to pretend otherwise.

treating it like a proper sport because it is. the problem is that they are not all at the same stage of development. too many teams in the world cup cannot compete. they should have less teams until more can be competitive. go Canada!

I can understand why they have expanded it. It will help push more FAs to back or increase the level of women's football. At the moment, the lack of professional level is an issue as well as how little the game has developedwworld wide. As you get teams who are two or three levels above others in the same league/tournaments. Akin to England playing the likes of SAN Marino, Malta, etc. Or United playing Against your local pub team.

Wow. How very noble of you.

I don't get why they shove the 5ft 0" women in goals and instruct them to flap at everything. They have tall players outfield.

The skill level of the outfield players is generally very good though.

France looked good to me - maybe worth a punt. As a sport it is in fairly early stages of development, though the standard is improving all the time.

The French team is solid. The Americans are too arrogant as usual.

i want to see the americans get beat. the over celebrating for their 8th to 13th goals was very cringey. something to cheer against, the evil empire.
