Real are wrapping up their deals in a timely fashion
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Hazard deal has been in the making since last year.
The other major deal they paid a lot for a young striker.
We have secured a young winger.

The transfer window opened on the 16th may
Real have already signed 3 or 4 players I believe
We signed a lad from Swansea who's fee and wages was never really going to be an issue
would not be surprised with Ed that he now brings in Keano to help out Ole to install some discipline,
The Hazard deal has been in the making since last year
______
How long has de gea's deal been in the making
We hardly do deals before July. I think that’s due to a combination of accounting and Ed’s incompetence. But to be fair most transfers are done in July and August anyway, it is what it is.
Window closes 3 weeks earlier now though
Yeah I still think that was the case for most prem clubs last season anyway. Certainly most were done in July. Looks like being the case again this summer.
It’s to do with the accounting year starting on 1st July. Obviously deals can be agreed before that, but July is the month everything gets going.
Isnt the financial year April -April ?

It’s for ffp, I think most clubs have aligned their fiscal year with date, Manchester United have. The tax year is different.
I'm off to bed.
Fingers crossed tomorrow brings news
most tax years are April 01- March 31.
i have 4 companies and this is the case for all

Why delete a few comments but leave others?
Are you just censoring any criticism towards Woodward?
Bit of a dictatorship then

He's correct though. April - April is 13 months. April - March is a 12 month period .
Just didnt want it to descend into the sillyness we have seen in recent days, like the hilarious businessman is attempting.
