Spurs have signed somebody... hope you lads didn’t take that bet.
Honestly what was the freaking point of all those years penny pinching under wenger, if spurs can spend 60,000,000 on a player and we are searching the bargain bins, looking for free agents and putting in derisory bids for players? ‘Our’ club was just a money machine for a few toffs and is now the same for the yanks!
I do hope we don't waste £40m on Zaha.

Exactly, just because someone is an improvement on having no wingers in the squad doesn't mean they're worth blowing your budget on.
Technically I'm a better winger than no winger at all FFS
There will be far cheaper options our well paid scouts must have found who can fill the role(s)
