I love the bitterness emanating from Sizzle and Maf. In its own strange way it's like an appreciative thread of Frank's glorious playing career. If he's half as successful as a manager here we'll be very happy.

The envy is certainly palpable.

He's probably won more than honours than the whole of the $purs squad put together!

And more than Wet Spams in their entire history!

Looking back on his career Lamps must chuckle at being accused of getting in West Hams team through nepotism. I was at a game at WHL when them lot sang what a waste of money! Seriously. Happy days

Can't wait you lot are flying planes with "fat Frank &Uncle Roman are out" banners...just like Rovers fans.

Is Moureen still number1 at Chelsea? Or is he a Judas?

Have West Ham stopped leeching off the public yet?

How does this Berkshire hunt ^ manage to con himself back on JA606 time after time?

He wished Cancer on me which caused his last ban. No idea how admin can justify his reinstatement but then again I rarely post these days and have no idea when or why he was allowed back.

Why?

sizzle does not and never will speak for the overwhelming majority of Spurs fans!

I think it was an interesting appointment by Chelsea and it remains to be seen if it is a successful one.

However, the club needs to give him time to put his own ideas into practise with the team.

Being hamstrung by the transfer ban might actually be a blessing in disguise. Frank will utilise some of the younger players & let’s not forget they still have some good senior players still around, although Hazard is almost impossible to replace.

I would also suggest there will be a number of telephone conversations with Frank Sr & of course Uncle Harry🤔

Yeah, Giroud is a good player.

Hazards' immeasurable skillset in possession is irreplaceable for sure but in terms of ability to press cohesively out of possession, mentality to be a ruthless goalscorer and work rate/ethic in general...entirely replaceable (leaves a lot to be desired).

I see a silver living with Hazard departure...of the view that team will be able to press better as a collective and learn new/different methods of playing in pre-season going forward into the season without reliance on Hazard.
Players in the squad now fully aware they have to step up to the plate take responsibility and start delivering without Hazard to bail us out, may just be the best thing to happen.

Going to be refreshing to see youthful exuberance in what was an ageing struggling forward line.
Forward line which often had a combined age of 90+. Needed freshening up. New lease of life.
Most top teams across Europe have gone in the direction of having at least one regular/constant under 25 (or just generally have balanced aged) in their lineup and benefited from it.

I'm taking nothing for granted when it comes to young confident players with a point to prove and absolute belief from management can produce.
I'll stay cautiously optimistic about our prospects in upcoming season, even with Hazard gone thus top 4 chances been written off by the masses.
