For a match that always looked to be a draw, that was a good watch. I'm feeling slightly more positive about the rest of the series

If Smith is missing England are favourites for the next test. None of the other clowns can bat

Whenever footballers get concussion the doctors generally advise the players to rest for a week at least

You’d expect it to be the same in cricket too which in case Smith will probably miss the next test.

Could be critical as there’s nothing between the sides without him, would actually make England favourites.

IF Smith as concussion. he shouldn't be allowed a replacement in the 3rd test if he needs it.

Why are Sky calling this a Draw?
It isn't. A Draw is 5 days of test match cricket and neither team manages the win and it's even stevens.
This test match is a "No Result".
Test Cricket needs to modernise. Sitting around all morning chatting about the previous day's lack of play due to weather then they start at 11am knowing end of play is at 1pm due to yet more bad weather. Get the fook on with it. Start at 8am, 7am even. Maximise the playable time.
Test cricket is dead if does not adapt and change.

I mean if he carries on the concussion from this game. not if he gets it again

8 overs extra played for the lost first day when they knew damned well more time/overs would be lost. What a fooking joke.
And the biggest joke of all.They don't even bowl the allotted 90 overs a day let alone any extra.
Test match cricket which should be the pinnacle of the sport is going to die unless it modernises and adapts.
Have a spare day in the schedule. Or two even.
