Never really understood this criticism as Surely every fan wants there team to do well and, particularly at the start of the season when we can all dream!

Fairly sure I remember members of the derby board predicting promotion back at Christmas, predictably it didn’t work at again, but I wouldn’t knock you for hoping for it

We were a damn site closer to promotion than Forest Bunk and have been for the last 6 seasons. It's just that Forest seem to start well to raise your hopes only to dash them to pieces by the time it starts to snow.

Have any Forest fans recognised their manager yet?

Yeah, he played against us for Auxerre in 1995 in the UEFA Cup. Now I know that's quite a while ago but still a lot more recent than Derby playing in Europe.
