Thinking about it we had a hell of a run of games, goonz and chaaavz at home then City away. Needed to win all 3 to have and chance if a top 4 finish. Everyone said it wouldn’t happen .....
Danny Rose screamer (on is full debut?), Gomez blinder then beating Chelsea for the 1st time in ages. Happy 10 days
Thought the Danny Rose screamer was in a cup game, no?
Sandy was there when you were just a bunch of cavemen kicking a severed head about a cave..
I was there for the 5-1 league cup game against Arsenal. Never known an atmosphere like it and the ground was banging.
Mind you I don't go to every game and don't have a season ticket so there may have been more special moments.

No that was definitely a league game. I was there for that one and the Chelsea game. I was stuck down in Paxton more or less directly behind where Rose struck it. The whole crowd went mental and then went ‘wait, who even scored that?!’
For Leeds my top ones
-Had season tickets as an 8 year old in 90-92 so saw us win the Old Division 1
-Season ticket in the minus 15 season in league one (my most enjoyable as a fan strangely).
-Season ticket when promoted from league 1 (Bristol Rovers last game)
-There when we beat Man U in in the fa cup 1 nil
Lows
-s/ticket season when relegated from PL (That Portsmouth home game nailed it)
-s/ticket when relegated from Championship
-Play off final losses to Watford and Doncaster
Was at Wembley for David Beckhams return to football after the red card against Argentina - the 98 Charity Shield. He got a bit of stick, but Sheringham got more. The West Ham fans gave Becks the most crap I seem to remember.
That is probably the most notable game I have been to away from the results/trophy wins.

Great moment at the time. Almunia should have done better I think. Shot was pretty central.
I remember people were bricking it about our chances of top 4, having just gone out the FA Cup to Portsmouth and now facing Arsenal and Chelsea in the league. Great response from us to win both those games.
I was there when the first final was played at the Millenium Stadium.
Blackburn in the league cup final.
Beat Chelsea 5-1 in the second leg of the semi final to get there.
Roof closed - the most bizarre atmosphere ever...deafening but not in a good way, it was all just noise.
Lost
Long trip home.
I was there when Leeds played Stuggart in the 2nd leg of the European cup.. 3 - 0 down, had no chance.. but for us to win 4 - 1.. lost on away goals.. that was that, great come back and what an amazing atmosphere at Elland Road.. but it was just a little short.
The next morning my Dad woke me up to the news that Stuggart had used an un-authorised sub... back then, you were only allowed to field 3 foreign players in a European game.... the game was to be replayed.

And what happened in the replay?
we won 2 - 1 ... Carl Shutt got the winner....
Rooney hat-rick on debut v Fenerbahce (my Mum was in hospital at the time and said she saw me in one of the replays behind the goal!)
Pedro Mendes 'goal' at OT. I was in the North Stand right in line and even from up there you could clearly see it was over. What he did well was act all innocent and we nearly won the game a few minutes later with a Heinze free kick. That would have been unjust.
2004 Manchester derby in the FA Cup at OT. Crazy game with United down to 10 men then going 3-0 up before winning 4-2.
Also, from a Wales perspective beating Italy 2-1 in Cardiff. Probably the most amazing atmosphere I've been in after Bellamy got the winner.
I was at WHL when Spurs lifted a cup.
I was at WHL when Spurs won the league.
Scholes Vs Barca, never heard a noise like it.
Biggest moment that stands out for me is being at Stamford Bridge when Kenny's goal secured Liverpool the title in 1986.
For different reasons I was there in 1988 for the 'Battle of the Bridge' Chelsea game against Middlesbrough (mothers side of the family are Chelsea fans) - for a 12 year old that was fairly scary.
Weirdly I've also seen Spurs in a Cup Final. One of my mates at school was a big Spurs fan (his mum was Mabbutt's cousin I think) so his dad took us both to the 1987 cup final.
You got to see his mums cousin score the winner in a cup final? Must have been great.

yeah. I was supporting Spurs that day (my mates team after all) but the end was a very odd atmosphere. These days I'm sure the defender would get dogs abuse from fans for scoring an OG but I didn't hear a word against Mabbutt from any fan.
I was there when Bale scored his hat trick against inter Milan at the San Siro.
Couldn’t get tickets in the spurs end so had to sit with the home fans, tbf there were a number of spurs fans in there.
The first half was a disaster and we were 4-0 down with ten men. A few lads in front of us (obviously spurs fans) left at half time and missed it.
Was a shame to lose but that hat trick was amazing. If the game had gone on for five more minutes I reckon we’d have equalised.
I was there when...
Chelsea knocked Barca out of the CL going 3-0 up at the Bridge in 20 mins, then Ronaldinho scored that Samba goal and we scored a late agg winner.
I was there when Milan beat Juve on pens in the CL final at OT.
I was there when Blackpool won promotion to the PL in the playoff final.
I was a the Libertines ‘gig’ when PD made the front pages of the tabloids the next day for being such a mess. Tiny venue and he just crowd surfed smacked up most the night.
3-0 against Spurs, City down to 10 men (Barton being Barton) then blitz it and win 3-4, silence at WHL apart from the City fans and the booing. Epic.
Steve Bull scoring the winner against the A****n at the whorethorns in 1989.
We'd nearly gone out of business twice, had suffered three successive relegations, ground was collapsing in around us and had been the laughing stock of Midlands football, but that moment of sheer elation was like a release of all that heartache and bitterness. We were back and we had a hero again that would lead us back to something akin to respectability.
