I can't wait to see if any of my WR2s develop into a borderline top 15 player at his position (I believe Golladay could do that), I'd be happy selling one of Hopkins/Evans/Golladay for a 1st in 20, a 1st in 21 and a player, cause then could be used to get Jerry Jeudy, who I think will end up on the Giants and build a relationship with a very accurate Daniel Jones.

I only say I'm tanking cause top team in our league has Saquon, mahomes, Julio and Fournette.
I realistically can't compete with that straight up, so I'm building around matching his strengths and beating him elsewhere.

Usually dynasties are recommended to be pay to play to ensure commitment, but weve been around each other long enough.

1 startup draft, possibly on 2 days? first 10-12 rounds with 180 secs per pick and and then 90 secs per pick (increased timing allows for trading).

in the startup draft everyone is draftable.
Following the NFL Draft the following year, maybe 1 month after the draft, rookie only draft. Free agency and waivers work year-round and trading of draft picks to a max of 2 drafts ahead (so a trade this week can include the latest possible 2021 rookie pick)

I dont think we have set a time or a date, but I assume after the week 4 pre season games.... how about any of Monday 2nd, Tuesday 3rd, Wednesday 4th?

Winston is a very hit and miss qb, you should be able to get something better and more consistent
Conner and white are known quantities, they'll give you a combined floor of 25
Adams and diggs also will get you a floor of about 22
Engram should be the biggest beneficiary of obj departure, if it's Eli cause someone has to catch the ball and if Jones comes in, well, rookie qbs love their te. However, with the stacked boxes the giants are likely to face, I expect him to have to block a lot, even in passing situations. Woods is a sneaky good pick especially in full PPR.
I expect guice to end up being your regular flex play at the start of the season, but that will change after week 8 when you'll start playing Golladay cause the redskins will be playing Thompson a lot cause they'll be losing.
Kenyan drake is a meh pick. Could work out great for you, equal odds of you forgetting you have him, always being to good to drop for someone else, never reliable enough to start. Considering how often the fins will be playing from behind, he is more suited to best ball leagues this year I think. The last 3 were obviously your picks through 11-13 so often times you have them simply to drop at some point for something else, or as bye week fillers, something they'll all do fine at.
I'd try and find a 2nd qb to have and play matchups and possibly grab a jaylen Samuels type player to sure upy Conner pick. Alternatively, some bottom of the road option that could explode into a big role with the hold outs in Melvin Gordon and Zeke Elliott. Worse case, drop them and pick someone up again or you luck out

I got some flack for it.
Then this happened and now I look rather prophetic

With my league being superflex and with me wanting to tank, I'm so tempted to trade away Jacoby, and then adding Chad Kelly as well.
Worse case, I tank and get good draft pick plus something for Jacoby
Best case, Chad Kelly gets a shot at the colts towards the end of the season, and I look even more prophetic while also losing.

Chad Kelly was highly touted but fell big in the draft cause of off field issues.
