Aye we never voted for a tory government in Scotland nor to leave.
We shot ourselves in the foot with the independence vote though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
oh but we did.
Staying in the union means we abide by the government voted in by that union.
Them’s the rules.

Rebellion it has totes work well for us over here

I asserted no such thing and I did specifically mention large corporations in my initial post.
But their solicitors will always be smarter than HMRC - it's not good enough just to say 'close the loopholes'.
My view is that companies need to take some social responsibility and for people who say 'well they pay what they're legally required to', I just think that is a massive cop out.

Democracy in action.
Time for a fookin revolution

As parliament are circumventing the referendum.
To a man or a woman almost 99% of them vowed to respect the vote, trigger Article 50 and state quite categorically that there would be no second referendum.
And now look.
Then they have the sheer fwcking audacity to tell us why we voted. Utter cwnts and entirely unforgivable.
None of the Leave voters voted to stay in the EU did they?
Don’t start me

If you believe it's right that Amazon make as much money as they do but don't pay what most people would regard as a fair share of tax, just simply because they've been able to find a loophole, then that's your decision.
Don't start whinging about all those public services that go to pot in the meantime though, will you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Quite
Two things here
Firstly I don’t.
Secondly I don’t.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Then what are you disagreeing with?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The bit where you asserted that people should be forced by law to do the “right thing”. They do in the main.
If you are talking about large corporations and conglomerates then that is of course an entirely different matter.
Then yes they should be subject to higher taxation and the loopholes closed off for them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Or we could just start to kill the CEO's
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not the chairmen or the shareholders then?
Phew
Anyway
What constitutes being “rich”?

There’s more than enough can be pointed at the equivalent of the tin legged car park attendant who has a sole desire to humiliate his fellow man by wielding his authority. You’ll often find its that nice woman from down the road insisting upon procedure while she leaves her soul at the front door when she heads to work thats the problem.
