One big joke.
4 big decisions today and in my opinion var got em all wrong, as did the BT panel.
Peter Walton, however thought var got em all right.
Just get rid of this shiiit!
Everyone in the media is a VAR shill even though they know its dog shlt
VAR was meant to eliminate the subjective element of decision making but it's actually made it worse
its clear to see Refs arent using it to re ref the game, only the fans are expecting them to do so for every facking decision
Clear and obvious errors guys... thats what its used for along with offsides etc. The var team are checking everything and decide if its a clear on obvious error from the ref or not. ofc theyre gna let a lot slide as a lot of decisions are 50/50 debateable or w.e and down to the refs interpretation. Its more help for the refs and thats only a good thing.
i think the issue is fans expect every facking decision to be re reffed by var and that was never the purpose of bringing it in was it? a lot of things come down to interpretation of the ref and thats still the guy in black in the middle of the pitch not var.
ps i watched the game and found the refereeing from Atkinson pretty facking poor, how he let that guy get away with a yellow for that pro foul was a joke.
Problem now is that what qualifies as "clear and obvious" doesn't seem to be clear and obvious
I’d say a deliberate stamp on someone’s foot going unpunished is a clear and obvious error.
How is the foul on azpi, that should have been a pen, any less clear and obvious than our goals which were turned over for a millimeter offside the other match?

Didnt watch the game, just talking in more general terms
Again fans are expecting like they expect better from prem officials? This is down to officials not var.. vars not the issue. Vars a brilliant tool to have however like i said before it came in its not gna change the fact i have zero faith in the refs being competent enough to use it, as we saw in trial runs fa cup. But theres no denying var is still useful and will help them et more decisions correct over the course of a season. Fans expect to much and question the wrong things.
City got cheated of a clear penalty today, there is no way of defending that decision, maybe there was spaghetti sauce on the screen.
