GOAT of what? female tennis? quite likely.
She has played alot more slams than Steffi Graf and is only 1 ahead. A top top female tennis player but not the GOAT.
Until woman play 5 setters I think its hard to take any of it seriously though
5 setters is a good idea. Get some of that weight off her....

Which is a joke. Play for less than an hour while the men are slugging for 4 hours and then take home the same pay.

Graf has more grand slams (atm) and achieved it in a smaller time frame. Graf also completed the golden slam and has more career titles (again, smaller time frame).
I appreciate this last bit is subjective but I'd argue Graf faced a higher level of competition, Navratilove was still very, very competitive at the start of her career and arguable Seles was a tougher challenge than Serena has faced (pre-on court attack obviously). Serena's major challengers have probably been Venus and Henin (who retired whilst at her peak).
Serena is a phenomenal athlete but the numbers and competition still say Graf to me.

Navratilova has the highest number of WTA titles and was still at the very, very competitive when Graf emerged and Seles was a great player with a very good slam record.
Serena had the better of her sister and the only other real competitor was Henin who for her 4 years at the top probably out-performed Serena and then she retired at her peak.
Rather than asking if it's a joke, why don't you just state why you disagree?
