Makes me laugh Arouna writing an article like this just a couple of weeks after Watford fans were singing sign on, and about bin dippers at Goodison.
There was a decent piece in The Echo about how these stereotypes under the guise of jokes and banter have to stop. Also how inaccurate they actually are.

Half my family are blues and they don’t sing the national anthem and they hate the government and press and most English blinkered morons.
Why?? Because their friends died at hillsborough. They saw how our city was ripped to shreds and left behind by the government. They hear the bindippers abuse from cities like Manchester who are in a far worse state and are the child poverty kings of England. They hear people calling me a murderer all the time yet know the truth. They see our city pulling together with food banks to help other cities who are struggling yet get called bindippers after helping
The only blues that I know that go against the above are the bitter little teenagers who are so anti Liverpool that they join the bandwagon each season after we beat them

The evertonians I know are 50 and 66 and hate Liverpool fc for being a rival.
