Does crossing the A52 present similar challenges to (say) the Grand Canyon Spart?
I walked from my usual parking place last game. Had to check that the game was on as there were no fans about. Think I will park on Meadow lane as I will be off to Winster after the game.
Yes Scouse, only worse.
Spart, get this, were you there?

I know View.
In industry you aren't allowed to put people in situations where they could be killed or injured but farmers can put large animals in fields with rights of way. I think this reflects the number of landowners in Parliament.

Don't know the Italian for I have an inguinal hernia.
A direct or indirect inguinal hernia, Spart?
It didn't want to say. Unilateral on LHS though. The NHS wont fund the operation now. However I have spoken to a GP friend and she said I need to exaggerate the symptoms to get the op done, otherwise I will spend some of my hard earned on private. In Poland can get it done for £2000 less than England, £39 return Doncaster to Warsaw and about £250 for a hotel for 2 weeks.
The issue with having operations as a tourist is if there is a post-operative complication. It happens a lot with the private sector in this country, they simply wash their hands of any further involvement and the NHS mops it up, or tries to. The relevant clinical records are not there to refer to which can significantly adversely affect care.
Hernia repair is no longer recommended for what you might call "cosmetic" reasons because there are small risks attached to surgery and a hernia in itself is unlikely to cause significant harm. A lot of patients with hernias are quite frail so you want to avoid surgery if possible. Also, recurrence after successful surgery is quite common and "re-do" operations carry greater risk of complication. So the guidelines are fairly sensible overall, however if you are generally fit and want it fixing then the risks would be very small of anything untoward happening. I would seriously advise against going abroad though.
Well with my knew found knowledge I will have a go at the NHS again. Odd pain when it pops out, like a wasp sting rather than the pain you would expect. It has started to be a bit of a handicap and don't want to be in agony out in the mountains with 10 miles still to walk to get to safety.
Steve Gibson has a bit of an obsession with the Rams at the moment, hasn’t he?
Think Gibson is upset that his managerial appointments are going from bad to worse. Didn't like that we pipped Boro for the last play off spot, thanks to Forest.
Vidal, I've got this pain in my neck.........................
Good luck with the new job View.

It does seem to centre around finishing a point behind Derby last season. Anyone who employs Pulis and thinks the fans will take to him is probably a bit on the mad side anyway?
Steve Gibson must be a very bitter man?
